It was decent with full kitchen room was confortable

All 3 rooms have musky smell. Bathrooms are missing shower gel. One room with broken window blind. One room was missing coffee maker and dirty (un-vacuumed) carpet upon checked in. Despite addressing problems to staff (who was nice and friendly), none was fixed.

Run down and dirty will not stay here again

Nice kitchenette with basic needs for cooking (plates, cups, utensils, etc. Room was clean. Limited coffee and sugar, creamer in the room. Very little coffee essentials in the lobby sitting area. Remote was broken in the room. Very nice staff.

Our room wasn’t ready at 7:30pm. Excuse. Housekeeping had a family emergency. The TV in the room we were given, we had to reprogram to get it to work. Plus side, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Clean room. When I checked in, they did not have me sign any pet policy. Then the next day while I was not in my room, I was running errands. They proceeded to call me and tell me that my pet was not allowed in the room alone. When I returned to the hotel, I asked to see the policy. It stated that any pet left in the room had to be in a cage or pet carrier.

Decent location The older lady that worked nights. Made things awkward and uncomfortable, the “work would be better with a beer” kinda weird.

The rooms of the hotel are run down, smell bad, and not properly cleaned. The shower was filthy and had a lot of the previous guests hair all over. I would not recommend it to anyone. We had to sleep with the window open all night because the room smelled so bad, and even with the window open we couldn’t get relief from the stench. The pillows are as hard as a rock and worn out. Overall one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had.

Room smelled like it was not clean before renting it out. the side of the one of the beds and the walls had dog hairs. On the second dag, I requested to have the room clean but nobody came to clean.

I made reservations and paid for the room. The number one reason I picked this property was because This property is pet friendly pets are welcome. We were evacuated because of a fire we packed everything up including my cat. When we got there we were asked if we had a pet ,I said yes, she asked what type of pet, I said a cat and she said we don’t take cats. And kicked us out. She didn’t even try to help me with a refund. I went to the car and found someone to take my car so we could stay. The bathroom floor around the toilet had a dark chunky spot on it and around the toilet on the floor was blood.
