Housekeeping could care a bit more. Everyone was nice but not very professional

Best & most comfortable bed on our whole trip!

My room was clean and perfect for my overnight stay. I appreciated the appliances available and the kitchen items for my use.

Convenient Lack of breakfast

The bedroom was reported to be a 2 queen on booking.com, but it was a single queen with the second bed missing. My wife and I are not used sleeping so tight and my snoring that close keeps her awake.

Location was great off the path and super quiet. Nothing

It was very clean

Room smells musty, hair in the tub, blinded didn’t work, and for a room with a kitchen it lacked basic supplies. Reused plastic utensils in drawer.

Large roomy room with full kitchen!

I had stayed here a handful of times when it was a My Place. It has gone down hill since then. I went to check in & the lady at the desk (who was not real friendly, hardly talked at all) first gave me a room that had not been cleaned. Mind you this is after 3pm!! I thought all rooms would be cleaned by then. So I go back down to the front desk & ask for a clean room. She gets me another room, i get in there & it smells musty/moldy. But it was clean unlike the other room. So I go to my event & it ended WAY earlier than expected. So I go back to the hotel grab my things & say we aren't staying because we had plenty of time to do the 3 hour ride home. Neither person at the front desk hardly said anything. I WILL NOT be booking this place again after this interaction.

Location is good and the room was clean, but there was an odor of burned food. The coffee pot was broken and, even though I reported it to the front desk, the coffee pot was not replaced. The shampoo and body wash containers were empty.

Spacious room Needs better cleanness, specially in the kitchen.

Location Checkin didn’t have information in the system with confirmation code. Very disappointing checkin experience

There was fecal matter on the wall and toilet, the towel I cleaned water off the kitchen floor turned black with dirt, candy wrappers in the bed, and what appeared to be blood splatter all over the ceiling. Definitely won't stay there twice....

Polite staff very clean environment

After 7 hours of drive time, we had to find another local hotel that thankfully had a room available & was dog friendly.
