The staff was very helpful to my boyfriend. He had purchased some boats to play in the pool with the grandkids and we didn’t have batteries and the person at the front desk hooked him up. My grandsons were so happy. We were on a very tight schedule for the weekend. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional. What a great stay.

My brother and I stayed for a 3 day visit to Spokane, WA. The location was great, staff were always helpful. Coffee stand was always available. I had medical procedure I was preparing for and couldn't eat, but my brother ate breakfast there Saturday and Sunday. He said Sunday meal was best. Room was very clean and welcoming. Thank you! This made my stay there and hospital on Monday went on without any problems. Thank you!

There was a dog that whined and yapped for half an hour. When I called the front desk, I was told it “would be looked into” and was offered ear plugs. The dog continued to whine and yap for another 45+ minutes. In future I will check to make sure there are no dogs in rooms nearby

Hotel was easy to find from the interstate. Staff were welcoming and gave us our requested adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available when advertised and was quite nice. I would gladly stay here again.
