Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center

Every single staff member we spoke with from booking to check out was SO friendly, even the restaurant staff! Nice and quiet hotel for the price, nothing negative to say. We did find some hair balls or fuzz balls on the floor but no way to know if those were already in there or if we tracked them in on our feet. The few dinner items on the menu from the restaurant that we tried were great. Breakfast was the same both days we were there and it’s “fancier” than my kids prefer (scrambled eggs with green onions, bacon and sausage, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy) so we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast like we were planning but lots of places nearby to grab quick food. Pool was fun for the kids and not freezing cold like most! Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

Customer service was amazing! Food was great! Bathroom could have been cleaner and more stocked. Close to walmart gas stations and several coffee options.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and pool was great. Breakfast was much better when they had the buffet, nice selection and enjoyed much more than ordering from the menu.

Room was clean, breakfast was tasty. We didn’t use the pool but seemed well maintained. We love the convenience and setting of the place, quiet despite the location is sandwiched by busy roads. However the front desk manager was so rude giving the worst vibes like he doesn’t understand how customer service works, arrogant, condescending, I don’t know what he was judging against but left me very bad impression for this stay.

The room was clean, making my stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offered great meal choices and the staff was attentive and friendly. Customer service was excellent. Great place!!

Beautiful grounds with great pool and outdoor seating to enjoy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities.
