Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center

Love this place, have stayed many times visiting the grandchildren, staff always pleasant, love the restaurant!

Very comfortable and well appointed room. Beautiful property, convenient location, excellent breakfast all at a reasonable price.

Room was dirty, carpets were dirty. Internet was not working.

Service was top notch. Checking in was quick and amazing. There is help everywhere you turn around in the hotel. I highly recommend however going to the bar and having an Old Fashion. I am so sorry I can't remember our bartender but your Old Fashions were the best I have ever had. Breakfast in the morning was beyond expectations. Service staff all over and the food was incredible. Price was extremely affordable compared to the service we received. I go to Spokane a lot for business and I will definitely be back for more stays.

I waited for 2 hours to get my room cleaned I was not able to check in till almost 6:00 p.m.. other Travelers were getting their rooms before me that were local due to the fires. I understand that but I had gotten a room the day before on my app and people were coming in and getting them right away. I was not happy

Our check in was adequate, the staff at the front desk took our information and credit card. Our clerk seemed tired and so it was just a check in. The last time we visited our check in was done with an older woman and she was quite joyful and very informative. We actually had a lively conversation of the painting in the lobby. The room was clean but dated and needs some paint. I was disappointed when I jumped into the shower to only find a small vile of bath soap, I think they could have done better. The breakfast was adequate with the usual compliment of scrabbled egg, bread, bacon, potatoes, and sausage but the food was marginally warm. I was pleased with the location of the hotel with it being close to the highway and within 10 minute drive of several of the places we had business with.

Despite all the issues the fires in Spokane were causing I can’t praise the staff enough on the amazing work they were doing to help everyone out. I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t polite and very helpful given the fact the hotel had lost power and all there computer systems.

Its very accessable to the freeway, the rooms are clean n smell clean, easy access to the dog area, wich is also very nice, I will stay here everytime I come to town for work

Solid all around stay. I must say the hotel staff whose name I have forgotten was lovely. All around great for the price.

I booked the room because I was being evacuated due to the wildfire, taking over Spokane, Washington. We ended up not having to evacuate so I went to cancel the booking and they refused to refund me. Extremely disappointed!!! I will tell everybody that I know to never stay at this hotel!

Room was clean. Breakfast was much better than most hotels we stay at. However, the dinner (hotel restaurant) was overpriced for the quality of the food.

The breakfast was amazing and the beds very comfortable. The grounds were also beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very nice room..missed using breakfast voucher because it had to be used before nine and didn’t realize that.

Breakfast was fabulous only thing I think there should be more for younger children. Enjoyed the courtyard and my grandson loved the pool. He even mentioned how clean it was around it.

Didn’t get our $15 voucher till I remembered and went and asked later the first day so did not have time to use them.)was gone all the next day) Breakfast was very lacking for the price you pay to stay there. Hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was great. I would stay again just be aware of what to expect from check in staff.
