It's a great hotel. Amazing staff and great restaurant. I do wish other guest had more respect for other guest. Hanging out in the halla AC unit in the room was blowing a lot of dust which caused some coughing and tv remote was super sticky which was nasty. I do wish the pillows were more firm. They're way too soft

It was a lovely stay. Well maintained and clean. Comfy beds. Pillows could have been a bit better, but that’s okay.

Everything was exceptional. We love staying here. Had lovely buffet breakfast due to high occupancy during this stay. It was great. It is comfy and quiet.

We had a very comfortable stay...room was clean and bed comfortable, we had everything we needed. Had dinner and wine at MAX...very good. Didn't do breakfast or hot tub.

Rooms are great, the location is good. The pool area and courtyard were nice The included breakfast was great when ordered off the menu, but we stayed 7 days and that only happened once. The buffet was good for a couple days but boring after that. There was no variety.

This place was very nice. I stayed there with my daughter. We enjoyed the breakfast every day.

Clean comfortable room, with actual adequate lighting! Fast check in, and lovely landscaping. For a hotel built over 50 years ago, it was beautifully updated.

Very clean and large easy to find from I-90. Restaurant on premises was outstanding, food was outstanding and they gave you plenty! Wait staff were friendly, helpful and attentive!! Everything was great.

They don’t offer water in the rooms and no disability ramps for the handicapped persons

Hotel is outdated but has that 80’s feeling of being a very nice hotel back then. It is still well kept, staff was great, the backyard is nice. The rooms have an old smell, like that old furniture smell that you find at your grandpa’s home. The beds were ok but everything in the room needs an upgrade. My biggest complaint would probably be the breakfast. Limited items, disgusting apple juice and terrible coffee.

Room was not cleaned particularly well. Bedstand had sticky residue and hair on it. Breakfast had a reasonable amount of options. Oatmeal was cold. Staff was friendly and accommodated a late checkout. Overall place is fairly dated and pricey for what you get.
