Do not stay here! We checked in when we evacuated the Spokane fires. There was no soap in the soap dispenser at the sink or anywhere else. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. The shower water was barely lukewarm. There were no knobs on the dresser drawers, so we couldn’t open them. The microwave would not plug into the wall because the cord was too short. They had a plug with an overloaded circuit. Smudges all over the mirrors. The bottom of the bathtub was gross. The hallways were full of trash and unswept. After being charged by Expedia, the hotel added onto other charges, and we cannot get the manager to call us back and remove them. They were not hospitable in the least. We checked out quickly the next morning and went to another hotel where they gave us a discount for being evacuate and treated us like royalty with extra coffee and a beautiful continental breakfast and extremely clean rooms for less than what we paid here. 15 minutes after we checked in, somebody walked into our room because apparently the front desk had given them the wrong key. These people have no business running a hotel. It was a disgusting experience and I have lots of pictures.

I say this with my WHOLE chest. Literally THE worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Our bathroom door had CLEARLY been kicked in and broke the frame and was not fixed. When we told staff, (to avoid potentially being charged for damage) she did not care, and said "as long as you don't smoke in the room, we don't charge for anything." There were people living in their car that happened to be parked in the lot that yelled at us about where to park our tiny cargo trailer. Teenagers and adults hanging around in the parking lot for very obvious deals in the middle of the night. Let's just say im glad all of the adults in our group have a concealed carry permit.

It's definitely not bad

They didn't clean the room before we got there, there was literally trash on the floor. The blinds were warped and we had to put a sheet up so the homeless people outside our window couldn't see in. The shower leaked, the wall, furniture, and floors were disgusting. They state they are per friendly, but they do not accept cats. Avoid this place at all costs!

Never could get WIFI. Staff was as rude and ignorant as possible. Staff the worst ever encountered.

The hotel and the room smelled yucky. Things were not clean overall. However, the linens were clean and the desk attendant was nice.
-
The issues were noticeable right away — the room had an unpleasant smell, the microwave was dirty, and then the bed bug appeared, all within about seven minutes of arriving. Thankfully, we were able to find a clean hotel across the street with no bed bugs.

The common areas were clean and pleasant.
-
There were small pieces of garbage on the floor, my kid and dog kept finding things.
-
The room was definitely not clean. We had to ask for towels and blankets several times before receiving them.
-
As soon as I opened the door room the smell was horrible, bed, floors, bathroom, mirrors was DIRTY!!! The furniture was falling down. I called the reception to ask if they have another room that it was cleaned and she told me that she will returned my money, at the moment that she notice that it was paid through expedia she ask me to call the agency to have my money returned, so I hope i will not have any problem for this matter. this happened at 2:00 am I called and never respond.

The hotel staff is kind. The place itself is in such a busy vacation area, you would hope they would spend more time and money into making the property look better. Our room was bleak. Stained bedding. Dirty appliances and filthy walls and doors. Matte paint is not your friend in a hotel. Blinds were full of dust. The only reason we stayed was because my husband was unwilling to leave because it was late at night when we arrived. Bed was comfortable but the room itself just brought whole stay to miserable level. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, don't stay here until they clean and repaint. You deserve better for your money.

Maybe the main building was better, but we were put in the secondary building and the room was not in good condition. Stains on the bedding, marked up walls, very dusty blinds, and debris on feet after only a few steps. My son who normally sleeps on pull out couch immediately chose the bed after pulling off couch cushions. Would have left the motel and went elsewhere, but because my booking was no refund and the fact it was midnight we decided to go straight to sleep and left as soon as we woke up. One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.
-
Dirty room lights did not work dirty towels laid all over room and previous guest keys for BOTH rooms we booked and asked to switch rooms but that was useless as the 2nd set of rooms were just as bad
-
Breakfast had muffins, make your own pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, coffee , juices, biscuits and gravy which was amazing

The staff member who checked me in was very unfriendly. He saw me arrive at the front desk but he kept me waiting until I rang the bell . Then when he came he just stared at me for like a minute before asking me if I had a reservation. The room sink was clogged up, there was no soap or shampoo and the hand towel by the sink had yellow stains. The girls who come later were friendly but there was little they could do to help and there were no other rooms.
