Decent for a quick stay

This hotel is disgusting. Smelled of marijuana when entering building. There's stains all over matress and bedding, the room smelled of mildew and mold. There was rust in bathtub and sink. Burnt out light bulbs and broken lamp.

The walls and carpet in my room were dirty. The shower head was broken. No extra amenities in the room like a hairdryer or ironing board. The ice machine on the main floor was broken. The breakfast buffet had minimal options.

The hotel hallways smelled like a public bathroom. The room was dingy and dirty with broken and filthy furniture. We weren’t provided with enough bedding or towels in our room. The shower was out of body wash. There wasn’t a working fan in the bathroom. The walls were dirty and marked up. The bedroom furniture was drawn on with markers and nail polish. All of the bed sheets were stained. There was garbage under the furniture. The lobby was poorly staffed. The breakfast was very poor quality with few options. When we went to breakfast at 8am, the yogurt was all gone and the pancake machine was broken. No fresh fruit. There was very little seating for breakfast and all the tables were dirty. We felt unsafe in the parking lot with all the people hanging around for no apparent reason. I don’t know how Wyndham Ramada is comfortable keeping their name on this hotel. And I don’t know how they dare charging $150 for a stay like that. If we hadn’t gotten in so late at night with kids that needed to go to sleep, we would’ve immediately left and looked for somewhere else to stay. The entire experience felt icky and honestly, kind of scary.

Breakfast was ok got some water, the Mexican restaurant next to the motel was delicious!

Breakfast food was very limited. Staff was pleasant. Wyndham didn’t seem to do much except put its name on the sign. Overall, it was a place to stay.

TV was not connected to cable or satellite bathroom outlet did not work and lamp on Desk had a short in it so no light

Not clean very dirty I

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for one night. The place looked dirty and not welcoming at all. Thankfully, the beds were pretty clean and quite comfortable. I asked at the front desk if the pull-out sofa sheets/blankets were in the room and was assured they were. They weren't and when we went back to get them, they said they were in the dryer so we had to stay up later than we wanted. Breakfast was ok.

Staff were great, but the pictures on the site don't match the actual rooms. Super dated carpet, paint, etc.

Location Dirtiest motel Ever. Dirty towels used, dirty floors, dark hairs in sink and tub, dirty microwave and mini refrigerator left over food I used nothing but the bed. I paid 295.00 for that room wasn't worth 25.00 A night. I have stayed at Ramada Inns before and they were very comfortable, I told the front desk about the roomat 6 am check out. I should be offered a partial refund if things were fair. I used nothing but one bed the other looked like it had been slept in. I would v have ask for another room but they were full and so was every hotel in Spakane Vally.

The entrance door looked beat up; desk lamp didn't work even after we got another lightbulb; the icemaker in our wing did not work; there was only one face cloth; in the morning the front desk lady had to do that duty and replenish breakfast bar items too. The worst was that the toilet water oozed from under flooring in front of the toilet!

Room was expensive for a one night stay, for sure rooms need some upgrades. Looked like I was at motel 6 with all the damages on the wall.

Got there and was like oh this place was not what I was expecting seemed run down was still gana give it a chance. We get up to our room and it was filthy. There was hair and foot prints in the bed both of em. No tp no TV our fridge was broken. Little tiny tv in the living room none in the bedrooms and there was mold on the shower. Honestly felt like they had bed bugs to but didn't even bother to check we just left. I have three small kids and I was like nope. They didn't try to compensate us with another room or anything and still took our money. We had the basketball tournament in Spokane and that's why we were there so there was no vacancy anywhere and so I had to search for like an hour to find us a room at this time is was around 12. I am extremely disappointed and the staff seemed like they did not care. If I could not give this place a star I wouldn't. Do not stay here!!!

Horrible service. We stayed 2 nights and I will never ever again. I probably would have been better off sleeping in the car. The light above the sink did not work. Second night went to ask for clean towels and they had none and asked us to wait till someone turned some in so they can wash them. We ended up going to Walmart and getting some towels. So crazy I have never had that happen.

The room was ok, the ice machine didn’t work, breakfast was a joke, the app said they had a swimming pool, that was the sole reason I booked the room, and no swimming pool
