The tiki bar and bartender were great, our room was really small ,carpet is dated and smelly.Our room was clean, check in was easy but rooms look much better on line.

The location is great. Close to downtown Grand Haven. The outdoor pool area and Tikki bar have a nice set up. The view from my room balcony was looking over a roof top. I felt like it was slightly overpriced.

The room had a view of the roof, the bathroom fan was loud and did not turn off and there was mosquitoes in the room.

Our stay overnight was very good. What the old school hotels aren’t doing like the newer hotels is having coffee available at an early morning hour. The newer hotels have coffee available 24/7 or starting 5am. Room coffee isn’t the greatest!

Crummy room. The heat went out for a couple of hours and then there was a full black out for a few more hours after that.

Clean Pool was broken, hot tub didn't look great. Room advertised as a water view and we got the parking lot. Breakfast was not free.

Was disappointed that you took out complementary coffee. We found leftover food in the room fridge. Gross. But have stayed here previously and everything was very nice and you had coffee for guests.

The heat in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t call the front desk because the phone on the room didn’t work either.
