The room was nasty. Walked around in white socks within 1 minute they were black. bathroom had stuff on the floor. Really the simple baseline for me is clean. And this wasn't.

Only slightly negative comment is that the breakfast was pricey. Carol and Charlie Ex-Michiganders Retired in Arizona

Rooms were clean. The pool was awesome! The jacuzzi even better. That was my kid’s favorite part. The staff for the most part was nice. The restaurant connected to the hotel has decent staff. Slow on the customer service part but overall great experience!

Family friendly. Fun tiki bar and loved the pools. Extremely thankful for our stay. : )

The hotel needs more round the clock cleaning crew for such a busy hotel. Hallway garbage was overflowing. Our bathtub was clogged and hardly drained. There was volleyball court no ball, ping pong no balls. Later in the day no pool towels and no hotel staff to wash them as cleaning department only open during the day. Nice restaurant but overall not worth what I paid.

Front desk staff was great! Loved the pool and restaurant right next to it, felt like a small resort.

Pool. Staff was excellent.

The restaurant onsite and tiki bar was a plus! The hot tub and pool were very nice and it was located in the middle so only short drives to other towns around.

There are a few things that detracted from our stay because we were with elderly family members. We booked an accessible room for an elderly member of our family and the room was hard to navigate with both a walker and a wheelchair. There is not enough space and too much furniture clutter. The doors are also too heavy for elderly people-- there is some pressure phenomenon in the hotel that makes doors hard to open. I would encourage the staff to try to navigate an accessible room with a walker or wheelchair themselves. Also it is hard to prop doors open to allow you to navigate with a walker. A primary reason we stayed at the hotel was the swimming pool and the ladders in the pool were too sharp for one member of our family to use. Even members of our group without sensitive skin noticed the ladders felt abnormally sharp. Another issue was getting hot water in the lobby. Apparently this is something housekeeping is in charge of. In my opinion the hospitality staff should keep an eye on it or the hotel should provide better equipment. There is also a rug in the lobby that people keep tripping over because the corner doesn't stay down. I mentioned it twice and noticed a few guests trip over it. This is a potential liability for the hotel and I did my best to warn them and I hope they take it to heart before something bad happens..

Very convenient location and nice hotel.

We had a beautiful stay!! Our Grandkids LOVED the pools!!! Great location to all the things we planned on doing! Would definitely stay again!!!

I would say the amenities are good and enjoyable. The hotel is older. I don’t think the value is there and staying in their rooms. I probably wouldn’t stay there again due to that.
-
Rooms were dark, small and cheap looking and feeling, outdoor things closed early, jets were broken in the jacuzzi. I wish we would’ve just stayed at a cheaper hotel because we probably would have a better experience

Amazing view from the balcony. The walk paths are a plus. Can't wait to come back.

The tiki bar and bartender were great, our room was really small ,carpet is dated and smelly. Our room was clean, check in was easy but rooms look much better on line.
