Room was clean and property clearly well taken care of. Staff behind the desk was very accommodating and appreciative of my business

It is a good location, but they do not clean the rooms well.

Old and dated. Bathtub caulk looks like a child did it. Bathroom door does not close properly along with main door. Lack of bathroom towels. Pillows were very flat.
-
The property was decent for the price. The rooms were a bit smelly and not the cleanest.
-
Super utilitarian for traveling. No bedbugs that I encountered.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was very old and not maintained, tub was dirty. Pretty gross.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were just trying to stay the night before dropping my son off at camp. The room smelled terrible - so terrible that when I got home and plugged in my CPAP again, it had to clear the gross air from staying at this property. My son ended up getting sick - we thought it was nerves but once we stepped out of the room and into the fresh outside air, we realized that the air quality is what made him sick. One of the beds had blood stains on the mattress. We checked for bedbugs and didn't find any in our room, but everything was just dirty. We will never book here again and wouldn't even recommend it to an enemy!

Comfy bed. Quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Had a full view of parking lot and was able to check on bike periodically. We needed fresh towels they instantly got us towels. There was an issue with the tv they instantly showed up to resolve the problem. Customer service was great. Very high in price for what it was. It was over $200 a night. But in their defense it was bike time weekend in Muskegon so every hotel jacked up the prices. That’s the only reason for the lower scoring.

Ok

Close to where I had to be. No coffee machine in the room. hanging wet ceiling in the bathroom shower. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY SPENT FOR THE LODGING. $260? REALLY. AND THE WEB PAGE STILL SAYS $65? YOU HAVE A FRAUD PROBLEM.

Too run down for me

We stayed here one night. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great value for what it offered. We would stay again.
-
The room was clean, had everything you would need for a night’s stay. The bed was comfortable.
-
Convenient location close to many restaurants The water fixture on the tub was loose and hard to get it to turn off.
-
Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room
-
for the price---it was exactly what I expected
