The room was clean. Needed some thicker blankets on the bed but that was no big deal. I just got another thin one at the front desk and it was fine. Breakfast was good plenty of selections and fresh.

nice stay. Next time, we will spend a little more to upgrade our room.

Location was fine. Overall the hotel was OK. Breakfast was fine. Room in the separate building was ok, though it had a musty smell that wasn't great. Maybe the A/C units are old or the carpet was holding in the odors. Staff was great and check-in and check-out were smooth. Was fine for a couple of nights when spending most of the day out and about.

Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Toilet stopped working one night but other than that, everything was great and would stay there again.

Overall, this was better than I expected for the price. I would recommend staying in a courtyard room because they're so quiet. (Don't know if the other building areas are quiet or not) My room was fairly comfortable and clean. The rooms are a bit bare, so not super cozy vibes, but the bed was extremely comfy and the sheets were so nice. I did get a chance to use the pool and hot tub and the area was very clean and I really appreciate the 21+ swim hour in the evening. Lots of choices for breakfast and I love the choice of big waffles or mini waffles.

Hotel was amazing and clean

We stayed in the "annex " and the room was clean and comfortable for our stay. This was our first time to Grand Haven and we were about 5 to 8 minutes away from everything that we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Checking in and out was easy. The breakfast was well staffed and it was rather busy each morning since we arrived around 9. The best part about the room was having a door wall in to the courtyard

Friendly staff and nice hot tub Room was definitely NOT clean enough!! There was dust in the most obvious and visible places and the floor and corners looks dirty. Not to mention that my husband saw bugs and the staff said of course bugs will come in through the exterior AC unit.

The room was clean and very big. I appreciated the privacy of a corner room. It’s a very busy place but the noise is pretty much settled down after 11 PM. Get a room on the upper floor if you don’t want to hear people walking above you. I had suggested to the owner that they start to put in grab bars in the shower areas. Minimize risk and you can get ones that stick on easily.

Traveled with my wife & 2 kids...great breakfast & gym, pool & hot tub looked nice & clean but didn't get a chance to try due to our nearby beach adventures & our room was next to our parking spot which made loading/unloading a breeze. Carpet smelled a hint musty like water was spilled before our arrival, but only a trained nose would've noticed (my wife) Staff was friendly & helpful & this location was conveniently close to the beach & Silver Lake shopping/social area as well.

For some reason, though not notified, I was set up in their “annex” building which is another word for “old”. Hotel’s not full, it’s Wednesday. Lamps have no usb plug ins. Pretty basic these days. Super musty in the room. Tub has mold in the corners. TV is a smart TV but not hooked up properly. Clerk was super short and talked too fast like I was a bother. Twice when I came through the lobby no one was there. Outside is in bad shape, too. Needs mowing. Boxwood are dead. Vines and weeds growing out of ornamentals.
