Several dead bugs on floor. Room was 80+ degrees when we arrived. Took all night to cool down. Night Mgr misinformed us of shuttle services. Jacuzzi tub was nice and bed was clean and shower water pressure was good! Just facts.

No one was at the front desk during the breakfast hours and if they were they looked like clients in very non-employee like attire. Sitting on the couch in the corner and away from the Front desk does not tell me you work there, have a name tag or are attending to the desk. Had to look for someone to refill the breakfast food, plates, utensils and cups. Honestly I was very disappointed in the Customer Service for this being a Service Industry business and the price of the room. I expect at the very least to be able to identify and speak to the Desk clerk, not have to search them out and continue to ask for amenities that should be tended to while customers are eating breakfast and checking out.

Room Carpet was old, smelled very musty. Staff was great, Breakfast was ok, AC took awhile to get to temp I wanted but OK.

Loved the heated pool and the hot tub was so deep and wonderful. Me n my friends had a blast

Room was decent in itself, clean Our room was in the annex building, didn’t know that we would not be in the main building until we checked in, it was a motel with door opened to outside second floor, when people left in the morning we clearly could hear motel doors closing loudly, cars starting, floors were creaky and walls were paper thin, could hear the people in the next room talking, door had gaps to outside

Check-in went a little rough, staff not very friendly

Room wasn’t properly cleaned. The room was in an old one story building with an outside door. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Not much They put us in a motel which was not advertised, the room was not great, the shower was disgusting, they deactivated our room keys while we were still staying there, the TV might as well not even be there it was so bad. They give a tiny bar of soap for hand washing.
