Comfort Inn & Suites Spring Lake - Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

I stayed here primarily because it was convenient for getting on base much faster. However, next time, I would rather pay a little extra for a higher-end hotel or consider staying on base. The staff was definitely the highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers.

The room smelled terrible. So did the stairwell. The room was dated but the bathroom was updated with new fixtures. But the general condition of the building and the property was not so good.

i have been staying at this hotel going back and for to New York and North Carolina and the people along with the service is always excellent. they are always happy and they make you feel that too. nothing

The breakfast was ok, I would suggest for a guest that doesn’t eat pork. I didn’t have the opportunity to have meat with our delicious waffles. There was no water in the pool. It was 100 degrees (HOT). That’s not acceptable. We chose your establishment for the location and the pool! Also We would never want to stay on the first floor. Walking through the hallway feels like a sauna!

I did’t stayed in the hotel , smells cigarette , not cleaned .

Perfect location for restaurants

Was assigned to a dirty room. I had to walk back to the receptionist and advised her. She gave me another room, the sheet smelled like it was washed, the room had dust everywhere, dead roaches in the cabinet, and towels had a moldy smell. It was so dirty and I had difficulty breathing due to the dust I had to leave. I should've just slept in my car. I would never recommend anyone to even pay for accommodations such as this.

So I don't know what happened to the clothes I forgot in the closet,going back inwas shown some stuff that resembled of someone homeless

The hotel is old and in need of major renovation. The web site shows a very nice pool which drained and not able to be used. The internet is spotty at best. The king bed in the suite is very uncomfortable and obviously old. Everything is old and in need of improvement. The staff is great very nice and polite.

The staff was friendly but the hotel needs a lot of work done.

The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed to change rooms. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom and front door was chipping and hard to close, and there was a stain on the sheet. We got moved to a better room that was cleaner. Unfortunately, the vending machine for water was broken, the pool was shut down permanently, the hallway smelled funny, and our microwave was dirty, but the breakfast was alright and the staff even helped us sweep up broken glass in the parking lot when we broke something. Overall, the staff made the visit much better.

House keeping False advertising, no pool. Night shift was terrible at check-in didn’t get seen for an hour. The room smelled like straight smoke. The walls was not clean.

Need refund did not stay as was mis leading

The location was great. Overall, it served my purpose. The room was a little outdated, the bedding wasn't the best, and the pool wasn't working.

I like how it’s convenient to Fort Bragg! There was no water in the pool and our room came with an empty tissue holder.
