Comfort Inn & Suites Spring Lake - Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

So I don't know what happened to the clothes I forgot in the closet,going back inwas shown some stuff that resembled of someone homeless

The staff was friendly but the hotel needs a lot of work done.

The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed to change rooms. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom and front door was chipping and hard to close, and there was a stain on the sheet. We got moved to a better room that was cleaner. Unfortunately, the vending machine for water was broken, the pool was shut down permanently, the hallway smelled funny, and our microwave was dirty, but the breakfast was alright and the staff even helped us sweep up broken glass in the parking lot when we broke something. Overall, the staff made the visit much better.

House keeping False advertising, no pool. Night shift was terrible at check-in didn’t get seen for an hour. The room smelled like straight smoke. The walls was not clean.

Need refund did not stay as was mis leading

The location was great. Overall, it served my purpose. The room was a little outdated, the bedding wasn't the best, and the pool wasn't working.

I like how it’s convenient to Fort Bragg! There was no water in the pool and our room came with an empty tissue holder.

The location only. The room smelled so bad my husband was gagging! They gave us another room which smelled better, however, the air conditioner was really loud, the bed had body hair on the sheets and there were people doing drugs out in the outside common areas.

Location was perfect because it was close to family. Tried to check in early because we arrived an hour before check in time. I had made my reservation in March and it had been confirmed by Booking.com. The hotel could not pull up my reservation. We spent over 2 hours in the lobby coordinating with Booking.com trying to resolve the mix up. They were absolutely no help. The hotel never received my reservation Booking.com claimed they sent. Ended up having to pay for 2 new rooms. Booking.com only resolution was to cancel my reservation with them and they would issue a fefund. After the service we received from Booking.com during the 2 hours of being constantly left on hold and having one representative hang up on myself and the hotel staff, I don't trust anything they said. I guess I will have to wait and see.

It was clean, room was clean, very quiet and the best coffee is right across the street. Didn’t use the breakfast as I was visiting family and we went out for most of the day and had all meals out

The lady that checked us in our first day was one of the nicest I’ve met and I’ve stayed at many places in many states.

Terrible stay, I changed hotels after the first night. I thought the location was going to be good, but really close to busy roads and I could hear the noise from the unsealed windows all night. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room smelled pretty bad, the lights are very dim and the bathroom was dirty. I definitely don’t recommend
