Check in was fine and the room was as expected. There was no bedding for the sofa bed in our suite, but it was provided when I went to ask. I requested a late checkout, but the lady told me she could not process that as she cannot see room availability, but she would make a note on the room in the system and to ask the daytime staff. About 30 minutes later, strangers walked into our room as the clerk had assigned our room, the one she had "made a note on," to different people who walked in as we were getting the kids in bed. Not cool. When my husband went down for new keys after we had gotten the kids to bed, the clerk indicated she knew the keys were wiped due to the room assignment error, but chose not to call the room because it was so late. She also stated she had no idea why the system let her reassign a booked room. Okay. The next morning, the staff were wonderful. The gentleman at the desk granted my late checkout with no issue and the lady running breakfast was a delight.

The entire staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. I like that there is a workout facility that is open 24 hours to accommodate any schedule. I have stayed here more than once and will be staying here every time I come to visit my sister!

They do not even give you a bottle of water for the room. The refreshment machine is old and only takes money, no cards. Had to go to the gym which was just a room with 4 items to workout with and get water from a cup.

I came in with a problem and the lady that works there had tremendous amount of grace with me I give her the upmost respect!!! She worked the evening shift

Stayed there 14 days and the location was great for our travel needs. Community is a little out dated in the rooms but very clean and comfortable. Complementary breakfast and coffee every morning met our needs. We would definitely stay there again as the cost was affordable for our two week visit to North Carolina.

The room was well maintained and clean. Customer service was very Strict, watching over you at every turn. I also noticed that all the food was prepared in the microwave that everyone has access to.

The hotel isn't new, but it was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly!
