It was a simple process to complete. For the most part it was clean Needs improvement, it has that “old” hotel smell and feel to it. It’s either super cold or super humid in the room.

Barbara the breakfast kitchen manager was pleasant and efficient. She did a superb service every morning.

It’s a nice facility at first glance. I liked the gym, and the fact that they had free breakfast. However, the room smelled like feet, mildew, and humidity.

The room above us was being exceptionally loud. They're currently under construction, so I thought it was the workers earlier in the evening. When I spoke to the front desk attendant at 11pm, she was very kind, helpful, and addressed my concerns quickly. Breakfast has a lot of offerings, and the attendant is extremely helpful and kind as well. We will absolutely book here again when visiting the area

Our King suite was clean and very comfortable. The refrigerator was very cold and kept our beverages perfectly. The furniture was worn but comfortable and functional. The bed was comfortable except the corners of the sheet kept coming off. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The toilet was low and made atrocious noises when bei flushed.
