The room was clean and fresh smelling. There were no Microwave and the breakfast was nowhere near what I expected from Hilton property. Overall I rate my stay as unsatisfactory. For the cost and service I don't expect to stay again.expect to stay with you again.

Didn’t stay at property. Very ghetto environment, poor location representing Hilton. Staff at check in desk exceptional. Did not stay at Location. Terrible!!!!

A hidden gem! I was very satisfied with this property! The king room that I purchased was huge and very nicely decorated with modern decor. Everything was extremely clean. The only complaint I have is that the attendant at the front desk kept telling me the deposit did not go through but when I checked later, the payment had been processed three times!! Not a huge concern because it will be credited back, however, the issue caused a huge delay with checking in. Keep in mind the price you pay online does not include the $75 deposit and it is charged at check-in. Other than that, it is one of the best places to stay in the Spring Lake/ Hwy 87 area. The breakfast was not so great, but there is a Waffle House and other restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Thanks Hilton! Well done!

The room was clean the staff was polite and breakfast was nice. My grand daughter had a great time in the pool.

Older hotel, but very clean. My biggest complaint was when staying in the main building, there was only one point of viable entry. The doors on the side were for going out only, there was not option to use your card to get in side doors. Rooms were nice and clean. Well lit. Staff was available and answered all questions.

Common areas had a mildew smell. Pool was unkept , even though I was told it was just cleaned. We ended up cleaning the pool filter which was completely full and leaves out of the pool.

The hotel is under construction so expect to see that…it is a simple stay…and no bells and whistles but very clean and stopper friendly staff.
