Had a fan in the bathroom that when running sounded like a plane taking off. Beds were comfy.

Everything was great. Felt safe being on base and close to my son. This is the second time staying there and will continue to use them.

Although it is an older place, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beds were nice pillows were a little small and too soft. Ice maker makers on 2 floors were out. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good lots of choices. Coffee was a bit too weak for me. Overall would definitely stay here again. Tvs were a little dated Ice makers were out of order

My bed sheet was not change but fix the matter quickly and staff is really nice.

There was a cat at the front desk. The cat was casually walking on the desk all over the paperwork. Very unprofessional.

The breakfast is always very good and the staff who attend breakfast couldn’t possibly be kinder or go more out of their way. The carpets; individual chairs on each floor near elevators; mattresses…. All are older and look/feel like their age.

Beds were comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Breakfast was good. Wish there was a pool since it was so hot the days we were there. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast staff were very nice. Overall, it my our expectations and we felt safe.

Being located on Fort Bragg allowed us to spend more time with our soldier without any security concerns that booking a hotel in unknown city proposes. Less anxiety being on base as well. Breakfast options were formidable. The mattress slid on the frame every time you tried to sit down, and the metal frame beneath the mattress sounded like a bass drum ? every time someone got on or off the mattress. The mattress was a bit stiff or firmer than most brand hotels. The standard toilet was low to the ground, it stressed my knee causing a "mechanical" fall and I hit my head against the bathroom counter. I had no LOC, just a goose egg, treated with ice bag and Tylenol. I was checked out by my PCP at home. No residual issues.

Ice machine only worked on 1 floor. Hallways were uncomfortably warm.

What can you say, it is on an Army Base, well maintaned, clean and helpful staff. Continental Breakfast, although my son and wife are Gluten intolerant, wish they had Gluten Free Waffles!
