The bathroom was also concerning. There were large brown stains across the ceiling, and I honestly couldn't tell whether they were from cigarette smoke, water damage, mold, or a combination of things. Overall, the room felt very dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained, and we were not comfortable staying there another night. The next morning we went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, they didn't have another room available. I will give the manager credit for handling the situation appropriately and refunding our stay so that we could leave and find another hotel. I appreciate that the manager made things right financially, but the condition of the room was unacceptable and this property is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and updating.

NOTHING The place was dirty, none of the lamps worked, the hallways had an awful smell & it wasn't what was advertised. I will never recommend this place!

Beds were comfortable. AC and shower worked like it was supposed to. A little outdated. Noisey at times above me but I did get good rest.

Pretty quiet even though next to the interstate. Easy to get to. Didn't see any ice machines which was a bit surprising.

Property was not groomed at all , flower beds needed weeds removed and the placed needed mowing . Kids running up and down the hall half the night. Other than that bed was comfy and room was clean and ill stay there again, good deal for the money!

Absolutely nothing I waited for 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Walked up and down the hall multiple times looking for someone. Finally a house keeper came off the elevator and called someone who came out of a room on the first floor. Finally got into the room and it smelled terrible. Didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the bed much less sleeping there. The carpet was so dirty that it appeared gummy. There was a pubic hair in the sink. There was blood spattered across the ceiling above the recliner that looked as if someone may have shot themselves there. Didn’t stay. Asked for a refund and left.

We only stayed one night, but it was nice. Easy.

It was clean and comfortable. But there was not a drop of coffee in the place and no coffee pot in the room. That's no good for me

Great location and spacious rooms. Pricing can be a bit high for this area. You’re not in Fayetteville you’re in Springdale.

The first room I was given smelled like dirty feet and dog. I was told at first nothing they could do. Finally got another room but my daughter saw a small roach in the hallway and lady said it was an ant as if my kid didn't know the difference. I later killed a med roach in the room and the attendant gave me attitude and said it wasn't invested. If there is a baby size and med size then there is a colony and you have an issue. I left the hotel and stayed with family.

We got there a little after checking and we tried to get into the building for like 20 minutes before anybody came down to let us in and check us in. We had to call corporate and they called someone to let us in because nobody was answering the doorbell onsite

The elevator went out other need that it was great

When my family got there late, they got told that they are already full eventhough i already paid for the room already, and now they do not even message back or do a refund back. Horrible service

We arrived at 10:00 p.m. where the doors were locked and had to call through an after hours phone for them to unlock the doors and check us in. The neighborhood was unsafe and we noticed illegal activity going on in the parking lot as we were gathering our belongings to take to our room with our 2-year-old son present. Front desk gave us our keys and an extra blanket but coming to our room the room keys did not work and we had to go back to front desk and call from the phone because the front desk was closed. While waiting in the hallway, we smelled a mixture of alcohol and vomit and the carpet was excessively stained and there was excessive foot traffic and too many dogs. The front desk associate tried our room keys again and they did not work so he went to a room across the hall and moved us to that room. But it was in that room that we noticed that the safety lock did not latch and our room smelled of vomit and the deadbolt to the room did not bolt. It felt completely unsafe, got very little sleep from all the activity going on in the parking lot during all hours of the night as well as vehicles shining bright lights into our room, with the shades shut. We requested a refund and it was not given to us because we stayed in the room for the whole night, however we only stayed for 10 hours and we did not get settled into our room until after midnight and we checked out at 8:30 a.m. and the front desk lobby was not even open. Will never stay here again! Not worth the price!
