La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springdale

This was just a nice, clean comfortable hotel in general. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and smelled great.

Dirty bath sink, commode area floor had droplets of sticky residue around commode. Really poor breakfast buffet.

Room was clean, clerk was friendly and helpful. First room we were given, the AC was roaring horribly and the thermostat was dead. The clerk came to check and gave us a different room. When I went to check out, I was not given any military or AARP discount because they said I booked through booking.com. I booked through the motel’s direct website; they switched it to booking.com, obviously set up by them to keep you from using discounts!

I liked the clean room, central location, and the counter assistant. I did not like the breakfast. The eggs and potatoes were cold and not cooked well.

Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed.

Check in was easy, room was spacious we got the 2 bed. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash. And for breakfast we got waffles eggs and sausage from downstairs before checking out. Room was clean and had everything we needed

Smells very bad

Breakfast accommodations were light, and it would be helpful if the staff were awake enough to realize they left NO plates or cutlery for their guests. Beds were soft and comfortable. Very clean hotel.

The bed was great. The decor of the room was lovely and the USB outlets and reading lights were great. We enjoyed the pool. The only things missing were what I call "Attention to Detail." We had a liquid soap dispenser in the shower, but it was empty and the staff had to bring another. There were no towels in the pool area so we had to ask for them. The lotion dispenser was empty. The booking site for the hotel stated that there was a hot tub, but there was not. It had obviously been concreted over and we were disappointed.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Our bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. The whole hotel had a strange smell, but it looked clean. There was no clothes iron, hair dryer, or coffee maker in our room. We personally do not need these things, but it would be good to verify all the things that were supposed to come with the room or in the room so you don't get charged for them. We did not get charged for them. First morning we ate the breakfast. It's steamed scrambled eggs. Hard tack, water flavor gravy, stale everything. I was thankful for it. We choose to walk across to waffle House next morning. The parking lot is pretty dirty. The walls in the hallway on the second floor seem to be very worn and possibly dirty.
