Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and staff very professional. Sure wish they had a better coffee creamer selection. Just some cream would be nice.

It was ok The eggs ...no sausage

One of the front desk people was very nice. The rest were not. They messed up my reservation. Then made me pay for extra room, even though I already paid for it. 2 days later, I’m still waiting for my refund. Then tried to blame booking.com, and told me that I had to waste my very limited time to fix it. Just to find out, it was the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was barely edible and cold. Coffee was always empty. And there is no General Manager, so nobody there with experience to help.

It was a good place

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We paid as we checked out and the bill was as expected. But we received another bill for the same room and time frame, that was almost 2ce as much as the one we paid. I will follow up on this surprising error.

Beds were nice. Shower could be cleaner.

Loved everything about my stay and wish I booked more days there! The coffee machine in the rooms could be better but the coffee in lobby was perfect and saved my day

The staff was very nice & helpful, &stay over all was not too bad.. Keep up the good work ?? Well I hate to say but the room could have been better,they forgot to put the remote control for TV and put the microwave in the room.but they accommodate me soon after I ask them about it which was great,they apologized which means a lot..I will go back for sure!?

Thermostat goes up to 78 after a couple hrs woke up sweating. Will not stay anywhere i cant control temperature for my own comfort.

Pleasant surprise! I loved the aromatherapy that greeted me upon check-in. Shows they took an extra step. Room was very nice, updated & clean. Quiet climate control & comfy bed. The soap in the bathroom was also an aromatherapy brand that was extra nice. Plenty of linens & trash cans & plug ins. Marketing said continental breakfast but this was a full hot breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. The only reason I have 4 stars is that their new steam table buffet was not working even though the lights said it was. So I don’t blame staff but someone should have been checking temps digitally occasionally. After I pointed it out, staff on hand didn’t respond so I literally had to tell them to toss all the food. I was impressed that they asked what I wanted and they made it for me in the back so I was able to have my protein! Thank you. I will return.
