Nice clean room, comfortable bed.

Non smoking facilities but smelt like an ashtray, had to go buy a plug in and room spray. 5 wet kids all under 8 yrs old playing all over the gym equipment getting it all wet, we told the employee and he did nothing.It said they had a hot tub- not true.

Clean and updated! Nice large room,excellent shower. Nice gym. Really complete breakfast buffet but beware! Costs extra. People at front desk very nice and responsive. Didn’t realize the breakfast was extra— didn’t see the sign. Sat down on the late side and tho there was a great variety of food the the hot entrees were cold.

Good water pressure. Shower head was roughly 6.5 feet from the ground. Tall person approved

My reservation started with double tree and ended with expedia at almost double the cost. I have no idea how or when the switch was made!

This is a very nice Double Tree with friendly, helpful staff, and good maid service. It is much better than larger Double Trees that we have stayed at in the past. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. And as always, the cookies are great!!

The cost of the breakfast wasn't included in the price and the breakfast is overrated. My only negative thought is It'd be nice if breakfast was included in all cost. Other than that clean hotel, nice staff and in great area. The beds are comfy so we continue to come back.

This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!
