Everything was great! The only problem was my door for the bathroom couldn’t shut.

Ac worked decent and the hot water didnt work. Was told it was a no smoking room. Previously had been heavily smoked in. Burn holes in carpet ect. An tv remote didnt work.

We’ve stay there many times over the last 10 years and I must say this is the best I’ve ever seen it look the updates the upgrades and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 20. They had us booked on the second floor and because of my knee injuries they worked diligently to make sure I was on the bottom floor and I can greatly appreciate that . We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Arkansas. Was sad the pool was temporarily closed. But to keep visitors safe from falling debris from the upgrade of the new roof. I can appreciate that.

Toilet was stopped up and wouldn’t flush

This was my second time staying here and they are very accommodating. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.

When checking in the girl at the front desk seemed as tho she was in a hurry for some reason and was very short and rude.. once we checked into our room and I took a shower...I started to climb into bed and threw back the sheets and the top sheet had blood stains and a box smear on them. I called the front desk for fresh sheets and the girl acted like I was lying and came down to her room. When I opened the door she pretty much pushed her way into the room and wanted to see the sheets(like I was lying or something) when she saw the blood stains she said well we don't do our own laundry another company does it. Well their staff could not have missed it when they were making up the bed. So I still believe it's the hotels fault.. the girl them said she couldn't give me new sheets bc there was no one there to re- make the bed. Then she had us repack up everything and moved us to the room next door. Once we got settled in AGAIN, we noticed that the carpet was sticky.. when we looked at our feet the bottoms were black with stuck in dirt. We had t9 re-wash our feet and where our shoes around the room. . Also when checking in I asked the girl about if they had a hot breakfast or a continental breakfast. She waits "What"? ( very rudely) I asked again. She said no you get a bag breakfast. I asked her what that was and she said " you get a bag with a bottle of water, a granola bar, and a muffin and you have to come get it veggie 9 am.". So much for an actual breakfast!!!

I want to give a shout out the the front desk agents that assisted my Grandma as she waited for family to get there. She had a heart attack recently. Everyone was very sweet and kind to her and even helped her with using her cell phone. Bravo!
