Sleep Inn & Suites Springdale West

the stay was good overall, the room was clean, but the toilet would not flush when i first arrived, but i was able to get to work. the breakfast was ok, but very bland, the biscuits were very hard and they served the same thing every day. the staff was nice and helpful, they greeted me every morning when i left and when i returned in the afternoon.

Unwelcoming afternoon/evening check-in for all three rooms. Rooms were clean, but worn. Breakfast was bare minimum. Morning desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms a little dated, but large with seating area. Very comfortable bed! Convenient location off highway with food nearby. Free hot breakfast each morning! Popcorn in lobby.

Breakfast can only be eaten in the dining room and that was an inconvenience because of scheduling and check out time. Also, I asked for a room on the 1st floor closet to the lobby, and I got a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway. I am disabled and this was very difficult on me. The room had no shower head that detached for disabled people. It was clean but not helpful.

Overall was a nice stay. Clean room and friendly front desk workers.

The manager I dealt with the next day was amazing and assisted me and took care of the issue I had.

It was fine for the price. Overall fairly clean, had some mold in a window sill and chair was kind of stained. People were friendly and helpful.

Always clean and staff is always friendly. This is my go to weekly for my work.

Conveniently located, clean, quiet, easy check-in, well-appointed rooms, economically priced.

I had to pay extra for sheets for the pullout bed. That was ridiculous. Never had I had to do that before.

This is my new go to when I travel for work! It’s very nice and the staff was very helpful! It feels very comfortable and cozy!
