Royal Inn, Springdale

Everything worked. The management sucks. Unpersonable. Expect a knock on the door for check out at 10:55 A.M.

Before my stay,I read the reviews of the property and staff,I was very leary but I couldn't beat the price. According to the reviews, they had bugs and staff was rude. I had no problems with the staff, they were very helpful and pleasant! I saw one bug, but I think it hitched a ride on my jeans from outside. They had a bug trap behind the toilet and it was empty. I will book another stay at the motel next time I go to the Springdale area! According to the signs on the doors, I had one of two no smoking rooms. I can't remember if I reserved a non smoking room or not, so I can't complain too much. As far as I know the whole motel is non smoking. Normally, going outside to smoke isn't a big problem but it was monsoon season while I was there.

There is small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. Also washer and dryer on site. Close to highway which is great for access but not much for sleeping. We found just running a/c or heater would block highway noise.

Peaceful and Quiet very clean. We will definitely be returning. Easy check in and easy check out. Owners were very helpful. Liked everything

Location was key to our visit, which the Inn was perfectly located. Did not have adequate bed coverings. Dirty towels are collected too early, so by the time other towels are used those did not get replaced with new towels.

Thé toilet was not attached to the floor , therefore, it was very unstable The wall by thé toilet and the toilet paper holder was grossly dirty.

Clean room and good price. Parties at night right outside my room by multiple groups of people, and the construction that went on from 3-6pm cst right next to my room.

We did not use the breakfast. I liked that it was very easy to find.

Price A dozen dead flies all over room. As well as 3 live flies I had to kill with a hend towel. Pillows stunk of bug spray (left uncovered when spaying). I saw the manager/owner spraying rooms prior to guests arrival. Room stunk of bug spray.

They only shouted through a window. They didn’t even bother accepting my booking.com reservation

Lower than average area room price was nice, room was clean and in convenient area, but could be lower to reflect the quality of the room and no amenities. I liked that they only charged a $20 deposit instead of a $100-250 deposit. Old dated furniture, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, bed cover had holes, peeling paint, unworking lights, cockroaches in bathroom tub. No basic amenities such as vending machines or breakfast; and bed linens and towels were so heavily bleached I woke up and my face was red and swollen like I had a sunburn. I tried to call the hotel before check in and no answer, and there was issues at check in and I found the attendant to be unpleasant, and then I ran the bell 3 times at check out the next morning and no one came to the window.

got charged twice and they wouldnt refund our money basically told us too bad
