Holiday Inn Springdale/Fayetteville Area by IHG

The AC was cool but the room remained moist. Staff did not acknowledge us as we entered the lobby except the first time. They did adjust the bill for not cleaning the room.

Everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fun pool, couldn’t find the hot tub, nice gym!

The room was pretty clean but I did do a bit of dusting on the headboard. There were a couple of food stains, actually food, on the couch cushions. I just flipped them. And we were disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Otherwise, it was good. The staff, as well as the other guests, was very nice! And the food from the bar was great!

Beautiful hotel and close to many places to eat and shop. The staff was way above par!

Everything was good except for the carpet in the room, it felt moisture and had a little bit of that smell other than that it was good! Breakfast was neat!

Upon entering the lobby, we already knew we had found something special. The property was magnificent and large. Everything was visually beautiful and functionally very clean. The staff was very helpful and immediately available. We were even given the option of what floor we wanted our room on.

Pool and gym are open very early, which is a great way to start the day

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was helpful. The air conditioner wasn't sufficient though we needed a box fan to help with the cooling.

Very clean rooms, EXTREMELY quiet that was so nice. The staff was helpful, I had made mistakes on my reservation but they helpfully accommodated to resolve them. The breakfast buffet was very lovely, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit. Room was clean and cool (I visited in summer) and dark. The only negative thing I would even have to come up with is they don't have the hot tub anymore, and if their pool is heated they need to turn it up a little in my opinion, haha!

Expecation is to get variety of breakfast if it's paid but options were limited but staff was so good in checking and making sure otems are getting refilled.

Shower head was broken

Booked this stay specifically for the pool and jacuzzi advertised. They closed and filled in the jacuzzi months ago and seemed unbothered that hotels.com still advertises it. Pool area was air-conditioned and made swimming cold and uncomfortable. SSeriously. Bas water pressure and bathrooms are very dated in a bad way. Had to pay extra for breakfast and the hot food was cold, fr we inch toast was hard. Dont waste your time and pick a other property

Outdated IMO. Carpet needs fixed, about tripped because it was bunched up in places. One sink in our room did not drain, held water. Small TV.

Air conditioning didn’t work. The bathrooms were outdated.
