Hampton Inn & Suites Springfield-Southwest

We had zero soap in the shower. The halls smelt like sweaty man and there was no where to park easily because they were painting outside around the whole building. Stood and waiting at the front desk for over 10 min cuz the lady was too busy talking to someone else that wasn’t checking in

The happy hour reception they do during the week is awesome

Great breakfast and everything was nice and clean!

One last thing clerk at desk said that’s just the way elevator is and was very rude about it!

Exceptional

Stayed one night for a business meeting. Room was ready when I arrived at 3p. Room and hallways were clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was quality. Fresh coffee in the lobby all day was a perk. AC was a little loud but it was 98 outside and a comfy 68 in my room so I can't complain too much. Large grocery store down the street was convenient for drinks and snacks, I’d stay here again.

Breakfast was really good! Hotel was run down.

It is a wonderful place to stay after going to the state fair and seeing a concert

bed were comfortable, room was clean I didn’t know there would be construction going on, made parking difficult

Could use a little more variety.

Most of the parking was taken up by construction the breakfast food was bad bathtub had rust in it Staff was friendly bed was clean

Sink was very slow draining. Construction in progress, but overall a good stay.

Rooms were very dusty. Hotel in need of major interior improvements. Also construction was being done on the outside and no where were we informed prior.
