Sleep Inn Springfield West

Gave me wrong room, booked a single got a double. Black Mold in Bathroom. Had to fix TV was leaned sideways. Taking a shower the shower head flew off hit me in the head, the shower did not drain ankle deep water, and the floor was covered in water when stepping out. This is not a 4 star hotel like it says

Loved the room. It was perfect for two just traveling and needing a place to sleep. They had just cleaned the carpet in our room recently, which is a good thing of course, but it was still just a little bit damp

Great location with lots of retail stores and restaurants. During check-in I was told there would be a $50 hold placed on my account for incidentals, and that it would be returned during checkout as long as everything was okay. It is now days later and I still have a $155.51 hold on my account from Sleep Inn and the person at the property has basically called me a liar and told me that they only held $50 and that it was returned at checkout. This is very disappointing because I’m going to be traveling to this location for the next several months and was going to book with this property again. Please do better, Sleep Inn/ Choice Hotels.

The hotel smelled fresh and was clean The breakfast was good. They had biscuits and gravy, which I love. Was a small but adequate room.

It was ok. Not overly clean or overly dirty. Room was humid. Price was reasonable.

Room was exceptionally quiet! Bed was very comfortable with really nice linens. Great lighting in the vanity area which is in the bedroom area. Staff very nice. All rooms have only showers which are in a tiny room with the toilet and have a pocket door. The sink/vanity area is in the bedroom area. The breakfast was very minimal and until they get regular bacon they need to forget the stuff they're serving! Thinnest bacon I have ever seen and limp, not appetizing at all.

First of all, they wasn't supposed to try to charge me a deposit cause I paid through booking guy gave me a hard time and then wouldn't even let me have my room.I paid for so I had to sleep on the streets and he cared nothing about it.He wouldn't be his name, his manager's nameNothing so there's nothing that I liked about the place because I never even got to check it out , because I paid for it and never got to go to it A lot.Customer service is rude.I did not get taken care of properly.Try to charge me a deposit when they wasn't supposed to.Because it's already been paid through booking.com.Wouldn't let me have?My room kept make excuse after excuse saying, my card didn't work when I know my card worked because I just used it before.I went

Clean and quiet

Decent place. They DID have a breakfast, which (if I recall) other reviewers said they don't have. It was clean. I like to bring a black light to hotels to see what they clean and what they don't, and they did a good job on that room. The other renters...some noisy ones in there, but that's to be expected pretty much anywhere anymore. The sink was a little wonky, it drained poorly.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was decent. The room smelled like smoke and door hard to open/close.
