They were very accommodating and even made me a new key when I locked myself out out of the room!

Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds .

The rooms are a little outdated but the sheets were clean, the bathroom spotless, and the beds were comfortable for a good nights rest.

Wonderful place to say overnight. Very quiet location. Breakfast was excellent with biscuits and gravy , scrambled eggs , sausages as well as toast , cereal, yogurt, apples and oranges.

I was a little worried because the price was so low, but there were no problems at all. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

The staff were great and helpful. The breakfast is decent. Pretty basic but adequate property.

Room was dirty and dingy! Bed was terrible and the mattress was not supportive whatsoever! When I contacted the staff for a cleaner room and a mattress with more support they were not helpful. It was overall an abysmal experience.

The room was very clean compared to other hotels in the same price range..no fitness center or pool, but the cleanliness and quiet rooms made up for that. Its right next to target, walmart, crumbl, yummy bowl, and starbucks!

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I found 3 spiders in the shower/toilet area high up in corners of the ceiling with a sizeable cob web or web. The furniture looked worn with cracks on coffee table and night stand along with the flooring in the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom also had a visible sticky footprint on it. The queen bed was comfortable and the carpet looked in good condition. The remote controller felt like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The flatscreen TV looked great along with the lamps, bed and curtains. The A/C was noisy but effective. I would stay here again for like $65/night instead of $98 if I was in a hurry. The lobby was clean and the continental breakfast served the next morning that didn’t eat, looked good.

My biggest complaint is that there is are not a lot more Sleep Inn hotels around the country because I'd stay in every one that was like the one in Springfield, IL. It's a Choice Hotel, probably testing a new boutique line because there are only a few so far. But it's perfect for the business traveler like me. The rooms are not large but there is no wasted space; clean, great aesthetic, great layout, new and well-thought out furniture, great bed, interesting room design, very functional bathroom facilities and walk-in glass shower. I stayed an extra night just to treat myself to an extra day of rest. Excellent location right off the 72 on the south side of Springfield, Two restaurants right across the parking lot but far enough not to intrude on how quiet this place is. Plenty of parking, good visibility on your vehicle from the room but no parking right up against the building; no 5 AM wake ups to a diesel truck starting. Great place, great price.
