Staff indifferent. Odd smell. Jacuzzi didn't work. Overnight coffee area not maintained. Tub/Shower fixtures not maintained.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The check in reception was amazing. She was very kind. Our suite wasn't exactly great. The housekeeping staff that had cleaned did not clean windows or mirrors, so there were handprints amongst other things all over them. Our fire alarm was disconnected and just gone. The shower was amazing though. Our refrigerator freezer was completely iced over. We had stayed because I am ill, and had to have surgery and needed to be close to my team of specialists and we live 2 hours away, so I needed rest. I was mostly able to get it. Except for a large dog barking all night next door.

Most of the staff were absolutely amazing, though the woman taking care of breakfast seemed to want to breathe down our necks and also seemed incredibly passive aggressive.

The staff - the front desk lady was just the sweetest person. She was understanding and apologetic for the awful state of the hotel, pool, and room. I cannot believe how loving and patient she was. SHE WAS AMAZING. There were roaches and other bugs all over our room, ketchup/blood stains on carpet, drapes, bedspreads. HAIR everywhere. Clumps of it... not just some strands here and there. Fake lashes. Food. Droppings. Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Facilities were not kept up. Chipped/peeling paint, mold/mildew and questionable smells lurked. The pool was green ... GREEN... like it hasn't been cleaned in months including floating trash, hair, and "other" debris. The hot tub water was actually clean but surrounding area getting to the hot tub was not. Just so completely disgusting. **WE DID NOT STAY OVERNIGHT.

The bottom of the tub was almost black. I had to put a towel down just to separate my feet from whatever nastiness that was. Absolutely trifling. It’s a clean and somewhat modern hotel but it’s dirty at the same time. No one actually cleans around there. Ever. And it shows. Never again. Hymns down
