Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield

Staff was courteous. Room was very clean and had comfortable beds. Great stay!

It was ok

It was good; thought there would be eggs of some sort (besides hard-boiled), but it was still decent.

Not good need more choices. Our trash in the room was not taken care of.

The room was nice. The only thing was there was a strange smell. It wasn’t anything unbearable but just a little different. The staff was helpful and helped us get out of a jam with our previous hotel, so all things considered we really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly. We stayed in Rm 216 and the lock at the top of the door was missing. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. Will stay again

Exceptional

no hot breakfast

loccation was good for us. The beds were comfortable. toilet paper was cheap. chair in room was not comfortable especially for a diabled person. would have been nice to have a handheld shower head in the disability shower. And lastly, the tv in our room (101) has an issue with the screen.

The staff were wonderful. Easy check in, great price and comfortable beds. property just needs a little refresh and carpets cleaned. would definitely stay here again

I like the rooms for the price, the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful!

The room was good size and comfortable. Generally updated, comfy bed. The couch and carpet needed updated. Breakfast wasn't great.

Superb

room was clean and rest room mirror was nice, comfortable pillows and bed, good breakfast variety and coffee.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Price was good.

Room was stuffy and hot when we arrived so had to wait 2-3 hours for cool down

Nice place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful

Location was nice and it was clean.

just need more chairs at breakfast

The location was good. The towels were horrible. We had to ask for additional towels. We asked for sheets and blankets for the sleeper sofa and never got them. I asked if they would email me my receipt and they said yes but never did. I will have to call tomorrow for it. When I checked in I was given keys to an occupied room. I had to go back down and get a different room. Breakfast was ok.
