Clean place, professional staff and good breakfast

This is suppose to be pet friendly. My cats are my pets and they refused to allow them in the room expecting me to leave them in the hot car overnight. Rude man at desk and unacceptable to not allow cats as pets. Will never stay again.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet

Unkept, filthy rooms. Carpet everywhere. Didn’t smell good at all walking into room. Very outdated rooms. I left immediately and drove back home for the night. The front desk staff was really nice about refunding my money for the nights I reserved.

Room smelled terrible, like a bad nursing home. Wasn’t cleaned the best as we found trash on the floor under bed skirts. Pool was a waste, barely larger than a hot tub. Breakfast was limited to soupy gravy/biscuits, minimal choice of bagels cereal fruit etc. Not great to say the least. Was forced to stay here with a sports team, would not recommend. The staff was helpful and friendly and the AC worked well but was loud rattling, but other than that the place was a 2 star at best. The odor in the room was the worst.

Staff was professional and the room was clean. You can tell they take pride ont their work.

Wonderful staff

… it was just an OK hotel there is nothing spectacular about it. It really wasn’t near anything. I had to stay in Springfield so I didn’t have much choice. The price was expensive for what the hotel was.

This hotel has very expensive parking. $10.90 a night is outrageous. Parking should be inclusive with the hotel price.

Clean rooms and friendly staff members

I was surprised to see more options available than the normal continental breakfast. Issues were questionable vacuuming after finding a large fingernail clipping, stiff sheets, and painful water pressure in the shower.

This was a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. Close to many restaurants and for staying we were gives 15% of a few restaurants. Thank you

How ever their was no coffee maker or microwave in the room.

Location was fine. Our room smelled and felt damp. We hung a car freshener in the room. The elevator metal frame on the floor was caked in dirt as if it was rarely vacuumed out.

Room was clean; checkn/chcekout staff was helpful; air conditioning worked well; quiet room

Everything was great

only issue I had was a couple arguing vary load out in the parking lot at 1am. Hardly the hotel's fault though.
