Great place to stay! Full breakfast, an indoor pool, not too small not too big, the staff are friendly and helpful! No complaints, other than, maybe bigger towels for the pool. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Springfield!

Located near the interstate and restaurants and very quite. Very good breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was AMAZING. They were friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. My only complaint is there was very limited seating for breakfast and the breakfast items were frequently running low. The employees did a great job trying to keep everything stocked but it seemed like it wasn’t designed for the volume of guests that were staying

Everything was wonderful with this place, except that the pool was not usable. We would certainly book this again, but check before to make sure that the pool is operational as we had young children looking forward to swimming.

The hotel lobby furnishings primarily in the dining area was worn out. Breakfast was not good. Outside maintenance was not good. Very loud with running on floor above us. Room was not serviced.

The property was worn out. Breakfast was very limited in hot options. They could not accommodate a few extra towels for two kids.

Room and lobby were very clean. Pillows were comfy. Staff was very kind and professional. Environment was comfortable.

Terrible smell in the room, musty with a hint of old smoke. Only 1 trash can in the entire unit. The drain in the shower clogged up so you felt like you were showering in a kiddie pool. Hotel needs an uplift. Just passing through but would never stay there again.

The best example of their outstanding customer service happened when I accidentally left one of my AirPods in my room after checking out. I called the hotel, and the front desk manager, Cassandra, assured me she would personally look for it. She didn’t make any promises she couldn’t keep—she simply said she would do everything she could. Three days later, Cassandra called with great news: she had found my AirPod. What truly stood out was what she shared afterward: “I know these things are expensive, so I didn’t mind digging through all of the bedding in the lau

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had very few choices and the individual taking care of that area did not seem to be interested in making sure everything was stocked up.

Complimentary breakfast was never stocked & stopped thirty minutes prior to scheduled time. Only decaf coffee, other pot empty by 9 and never refilled.

The location and price made our stay OK. The staff were cheerful.
