Bed was comfortable. Reserved a king and got a queen. Toilet was broken. Room clean but windows so filthy it made the room feel dirty. Accessible bathroom very old, no counter, shower was a trickle. No streaming on TV.

In past stays, the front desk staff sent me a text asking if everything in the room was okay. But that has not happened in the last two weeks. On 9/14-9/15 in room 4xx had a faucet that was about to fall off and the shower rings were broken. I know you expect the housekeeping staff to report such things but I realize this doesn’t happen. On this stay in room 4xx, the bathroom mirror has a huge crack. Maybe y’all know about this already but it’s a little alarming when you first see it. Service is always top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel. I just want you to be aware of these maintenance issues. Thank you.

It was clean and the staff were pleasant and professional, which was greatly appreciated. You can definitely tell that this was a prestigious hotel back in the day, but it is time (or past time) to remodel. The water in both our rooms was crazy - no pressure at times, only very hot at other times (yes - no cold!). For the price, we expected more. We did have breakfast, which was fine and convenient, but a little pricey as well.
