My check in person Michael was great! Very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I’ll be back!

This is an older hotel. It’s very nice. My only knocks on it would be the bathrooms. Need major upgrades, the shower/tub are old & rusty/dirty. For a nicer hotel it’s a bad look. The lamp was unplugged & when I moved the lamp dust exploded in the air. But it’s a 3 star hotel in my opinion, but not bad for its age.

Fast and friendly check in. Free breakfast worth the extra fee.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. We had some emergency issues that required a late checkout, and they were more than accommodating. We will be coming back to Springfield to see more Women’s Pro Baseball, and we know exactly where we will be staying!

Rooms were a nice size and beds are really comfortable
-
The Crowne has lost its glamour; not well kept and old overall. Needs some TLC.
-
Good beds and other things our shower was terrible looking

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL STAYS in my experience. The hotel was "grand", exceptionally clean and welcoming. Every staff was friendly and acknowledged our presence even when we were just passing by them. The room we reserved was EXACTLY what we expected and was absolutely comfortable. And the cost of our stay was quite reasonable. We had an perfect stay at a perfect price! Definitely recommend!!

Ben was extremely polite and helpful when I made a mistake booking my reservations. Thank you again Ben.

The room was clean and comfy. And the staff were very nice. The carpet in the main corridor on our floor was ragged and had large gaps at the seams and the escalator was out of order going up. Parking was free and plentiful. There are restaurants that are walking distance, but be aware that all of the “sights” are a bit of a distance away (ie. Not walkable) since we had a car this wasn’t an issue for us.

Clean and spacious rooms

Reservation was for a third party, so I cannot comment.
-
Escalator broken, one elevator broken, a lot of deferred maintenance, air conditioning not working in the room. If this type of deferred maintenance continues I don’t see it lasting. It was as a real disappointment because this used to be a very nice hotel.

Out of three elevators. Was down. Escalator going up was broke down.

It’s not a bad property but needs some maintenance and updating. The front desk staff was wonderful. Our rate included breakfast, and honestly we should’ve just bought it from the cafe. They didn’t have enough help. So the buffet was half empty and what was there was cold. We were never even offered water or coffee, and I had to go find silverware myself. Was there no management that was checking on things or finding a solution? The cafe was great, she was pleasant and helpful, and very efficient. It’s not horrible here, but just misses the mark for what we’d expect from a Crowne Plaza.

Staff was very nice, helpful. The room itself had a few faults, but still a very nice spot. The TV guide needs updated and the pool had issues keeping towels for guests. Although, there were events happening the time of our stay so that's a given. Breakfast was very good, and guests were very friendly!

What breakfast menu? The property looked good, clean enough and very busy. I wasn’t thrilled with being booked two king sized bed rooms when I had asked for at least one ro to have two beds, but that was taken care of by the front desk. We arrived really tired at 9:30pm to the sounds of very loud drums near our rooms, again , not thrilled, but they stopped by 10, so, fair enough. The TV stopped working for 40 minutes…just explaining why I gave 3 stars instead of 4 or 5. When I called the front desk RE the TV, I received a condescending response. Please don’t treat me that way. That’s all. It was fine, not wonderful.

Rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. Only thing that is missing in the room is a locker.

Breakfast is not included with stay.

I appreciate the late checkout. Thank you!
