Nice quiet room. Good breakfast

The hotel was okay. It offered a decent breakfast and had free drinks and dinner. The room was alright except for the two roaches that I killed in the bathroom. That was in the morning when I first woke up. I didn’t see any other signs of them, but it is a big turn off.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and cool. All staff members spoke to us in hallways and at breakfast to make sure the stay was going well. Didn't try the pool but next time in Springfield I'll stay here again.

Javier was really great at check-in. I was really impressed with all the hotel offered - free drinks at the bar, the food at dinner time, the soda machine and the breakfast. Definitely worth the money and I’ll definitely stay at Drury Inn again!

Great, welcoming hotel and staff. The nice bonus was that not only was breakfast included with the stay but we also got dinner and 3 free drinks per day. Great location to access all the sites in Springfield by car.

The staff is always friendly and nice, hotel is always clean and has a happy hour and the best breakfast. We love this hotel and have been here before and will be back!

Great breakfast I’ve had at an hotel. And with 5:30 kickback they have….. pretty sure I’ll be staying at Drury’s again….

Wonderful hotel

Stayed in room 221. Found bed bugs on my bed when I woke up on the last day of my stay.

We stayed mid-week and the hotel had free popcorn in the lobby and the “5:30 Kickback” which gave each adult guest a voucher for 3 free drinks. Also included was appetizers/entree from 5:30-7 pm. The room was excellent!

Very clean

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in with Wintress was great. The common areas and the room were very clean and well-kept. I am picky about hotel bathrooms in particular and this one impressed me. It actually looked, felt, and smelled perfectly clean. Everything was bright white and there wasn’t a single mysterious hair to be found. Towels and sheets were fresh. Breakfast was good. Hotel is easily accessed, located near many restaurants, and a Starbucks is right next door. My only (very minor) complaint was the poolside room location can be a bit noisy when the pool is busy and unfortunately it is open til 10 pm.

Very good breakfast and the location was convenient. My room faced the pool area which was relatively loud with guests.
