Nothing Front desk lady was rude! Not clean. Needs to be cleaned up. Lots of things need fixed.
-
All the employees from the front desk and beyond were all very kind and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was good and numerous options to choose from. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool but did see it was clean. Outdoor premises were clean and well maintained. A+ all around.

Room have to be renovated breakfast have to more chosen

For my overnight stay. It was all that I expected and I would recommend this location to other travelers. Thanks james

Unfortunately, we have to move rooms after our first room had wet carpet and likely mold due to the air conditioning in that room. We also found clumps of unknown objects in the corner and seemed not well maintained. The second room was better, but you could see lingering stains on the cleaned washcloths we stayed in many hotels along this trip and this one was by far the worst.
-
It was centrally located It was dirty not updated almost all the gym equipment including the door are broken. The lady that checked me in was so rude and acted like I was an inconvenience because we had car trouble and arrived late. Also the waffle makers a breakfast the second day weren’t working. My kids only eat waffles because the rest of the breakfast was disgusting. This whole trip I wished I would of just paid the extra 200.00 to stay across the street at the dury inn

It was a nice place to stay and the staff was patient with all the chaos from multiple travel ball teams.
-
The beds were clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was very simple. The bathrooms have no ventilation, so the doors and walls were peeling. The shower curtain didn’t close all of the way. The door to my room was not sitting right on the hinges, so there was light seen all the way around the door, and it would get stuck anytime you tried to open it.
-
The fact that the elevator was not working and after driving six hours and getting in at midnight then having to haul all the luggage up three flights of stairs it was not pleasant. The only thing the front desk person said was the manager did not want to pay a service call all weekend so it was not working did not help at all
-
Right behind it there was also some type of plant or facility that had smoke or steam rising out of the big chimney tube. I didn’t smell an odor, as we didn’t stay there long, just for one night. But none the less, It was just extremely awkward with the whole entire location. The elevator was broken the next day.
-
Check in and out was fast and effortless. The breakfast was fresh and had a good assortment. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service!
-
Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
-
Housekeeping does not come in every day. We left the card on the door to request new towels and we did not receive them. We had to go downstairs to get them.
-
They need more people working on this property. There was a lot of families with kids running around knocking on doors.
-
Beds were comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was great.

Location is off the beaten path, only with in walking distance of a gas station, but a short drive from most other things. Staff were hard to find, but also weren't really needed. Location is off the beaten path, but close to a nice gas station and a short drive to other properties.
