Easy in right off freeay Everything was fine

Nothing. I did not like anything. I had a reservation for a room and when I got there they didn’t have a room for me. I came from out of town and then had to find a place to stay. I was inconvenienced. The staff wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t care.

NOTHING There were cockroaches and dead bugs in the room, the bed wasn’t made and sheets were dirty The bathroom was disgusting make up rubbed on the shower curtain. Dirty towels, the kitchen was thrown together with random kitchen utensils and old McDonald’s cups. The walls were cracked, paint chipped everywhere, the walls were dirty, the tv didn’t work.

Location was where I needed to be It was not clean.The bed was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke, the building smelled of smoke aswell. I wasn’t able to stay the night I had to leave!

Run down, only one elevator was working. For some reason we were only allowed two keys to our room. Some of the keys actually had other hotels advertised on them!

There were people loitering around this building and it looked deserted. The lobby was nice, but when I checked in, the attendant gave me a key to a room and said go check it and then come back down. I looked at her a little confused and she repeated herself, go check it and see if it's ok and then come back down to finish checking in. This should have been the leaving time. Instead we went up to a room that had horribly stained box springs and ac that didn't work. One of the elevators was out of order, it was about 85 degrees in all the highways and there was active construction happening throughout the first floor and the pool was out of service. I went back down and she gave me another key to another room to check. We went up, the key would not open the door so I came back down, handed the key to the attendant, told her to cancel my reservation and we went across the street and stayed there with no issues.

Upon checking in, was asked to check the room before completing the check in process where they held our credit card and ID until we checked the room. Once we entered the room, found at least 4 rat and roach traps across the floor. The room also smelled so much like cigarette smoke that after being in the room for less than half an hour we couldn’t breathe. The only solution offered was air freshener. Decided best choice was just to leave and stay at another hotel even after being told immediately that no refunds would be offered. The decision to lose the money and spend it on another room was VERY worth it. Also the area around the hotel was very run down, and had several police officers walking throughout the hotel searching for homeless people within an hour timeframe.

Not safe feeling, not clean, no toiletries, dirty towels, dirty bathroom, air did not work, and lots of noise. We turned in our keys and left. Front desk was nice, but said they couldn’t help with a refund. Expedia was wonderful recouping the payment.

Additionally there was no cable tv, all ice machines were broken and out of order, one elevator was out of order, rooms had bed bugs (discovered at 5 am by my sister when she got up to pee), the smoke detector in room 200 was missing (but the wires were there), the amenities posted on the website were not available. The rooms were so bad that the ladies with me said they would not spend the 2nd night and I drove home arriving at 2:00 am. This hotel was uninhabitable based upon the fire code violations and bugs.

Do not stay here elevator broke, dirty , we had to find another place last minute

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy (mystery stains on the bed sheets and floor, bathroom appeared to have never been cleaned) and was falling apart. The common areas were dingy and not well maintained. Staff were incompetent and incapable of completing the bare minimum of tasks. If I had the option, I would have demanded a refund and left.
