Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Airport

I guess in this day and age, I’m not accustomed to paying extra for every single thing that one might expect to have included, like parking, or a cup of coffee for Pete sake. This isn’t Manhattan.

Don’t stay at this hotel! The price I paid and what I received were horrible! The A/C rattled all night! The toilet was so low a child would have been just the right size! The shower had no pressure! The elevator didn’t work the morning we left! I could have gotten better amenities at a better price at Motel 6!!!!

Clean and quiet

The AC didn’t cool the room. When I booked the room through hotel engine it stayed free breakfast. I even got an email stating the same thing come to find out that it was free!!

We only stayed here for one night to catch a flight early the next morning. If we would have had an extended stay I would have asked for a different room. Toilet leaked out the bottom when you flushed it and the room was HOT. Very uncomfortable stay.

Locks on doors were not secure. Property was difficult to find. Entrance not clearly indicated.

Very clean Staff was rude

The room was ok. The AC unit wasn’t really cooling and the toilet leaked from the base onto the floor every time we had to use the toilet. We had to put the towels down to collect the water.

Clean room and bathroom. Competent and friendly staff

While the room was clean and comfortable, one of the basic amenities we expected was complimentary coffee for guests. Most hotels provide courtesy coffee in the lobby or in the rooms, so it was surprising that this hotel did not. It felt like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure that took away from the overall guest experience. Small touches like complimentary coffee can make a big difference in making guests feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this was a letdown, and I hope the hotel considers adding this simple amenity in the future.

Was not as close to airport as stated. Charge a 10 fee to park your car and a 25 fee for 2 hour early check in . Restaurant was not open despite sign saying it would at 6:15 pm. Why not just say closed instead of having us wait?

Very clean with nice staff. The pool was open and clean. Definitely would recommend.

Didn't get room refreshed though there 3 nights. Had to ask for coffee/tea supplies-- really not a big deal.
