I was surprised, since I paid a lot of money to stay here. It was clean and the beds were comfy, so it wasn’t terrible, just definitely not worth the $322 CAD, it had motel $100 a night vibes.

The room was very nice, until the first night when the air stopped working in the middle of the night. I reported it at 8:30 AM the next morning. I was told that someone would be there to fix it within the hour. It was about three hours later that I learned that a maintenance person came in and turned the unit off left it off for a while and then turned it back on. That was his idea of fixing it. When we came back to our hotel in the afternoon, it was extremely hot and the air was still not working. We had to ask for a new room.

Overall the stay was very nice but hotel is certainly showing its age. Water stains in the ceiling of our room near the windows and the tile in the bathroom seemed to show poorly.

We didn't have any little soaps to wash our hands with and the toilet in the room had almost no pressure, wouldn't even take the toilet paper down.

Clean room, friendly staff. They serve starbucks inside. Would stay ther again

I guess in this day and age, I’m not accustomed to paying extra for every single thing that one might expect to have included, like parking, or a cup of coffee for Pete sake. This isn’t Manhattan.

Don’t stay at this hotel! The price I paid and what I received were horrible! The A/C rattled all night! The toilet was so low a child would have been just the right size! The shower had no pressure! The elevator didn’t work the morning we left! I could have gotten better amenities at a better price at Motel 6!!!!

Locks on doors were not secure. Property was difficult to find. Entrance not clearly indicated.

The room was ok. The AC unit wasn’t really cooling and the toilet leaked from the base onto the floor every time we had to use the toilet. We had to put the towels down to collect the water.

While the room was clean and comfortable, one of the basic amenities we expected was complimentary coffee for guests. Most hotels provide courtesy coffee in the lobby or in the rooms, so it was surprising that this hotel did not. It felt like an unnecessary cost-cutting measure that took away from the overall guest experience. Small touches like complimentary coffee can make a big difference in making guests feel welcomed. Unfortunately, this was a letdown, and I hope the hotel considers adding this simple amenity in the future.
