ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Springfield Airport PLZ

It was very clean and the staff is very helpful and super extra friendly.

Room was clean and spacious and I thought the bed and pillows were comfortable

Thought it was interesting there were no hangers for the closet, and no iron and/or silverware

The hotel was nice, but there were several people living in vehicles in the parking lot !

The place smelled of smoke and the alarms went off had to evaluate staff never came out to explain nor told us it was all clear. Mind you outside was a tornado watch. The place was full of what i guess was illegal drunk and loud. I had an early morning ✈️

Standard extended stay hotel - not luxurious, but it was clean and well-maintained. Parking was tricky at night due to several trailers and busses taking up multiple spots, but we did find a spot. If you are looking for a basic hotel for an inexpensive price, this is not a bad option.

The rooms are modern, clean, and include a kitchen, which is great in theory. Just be aware that the kitchen comes with no utensils, plates, cookware, or really anything you’d normally use in a kitchen. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but it may have been the squeakiest bed I’ve ever slept on. Every time I rolled over, it sounded like I was attempting a gymnastics routine. The property does have some surprisingly good vending machines, plus easy access to a gas station and several dining options nearby. However, there was no in-room coffee, which felt like a bold choice. Overall, this hotel makes a lot of sense for longer stays where affordability and a kitchenette matter more than amenities. For a simple overnight stop, though, there are probably better options in the area for not much more money.

There is no ice machine available anywhere in the hotel. The property only has one coffee machine, and it is available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. According to hotel management, the reason is that the coffee machine uses too much electricity—equivalent to four soda machines—which is difficult to understand from a guest’s perspective. The hotel also features a full kitchen in the rooms, but there are no utensils, cookware, or basic items provided to actually use it. While the hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport, there is no airport shuttle or transportation service. If guests need transportation, the hotel directs them to an outside individual who only accepts cash. The front desk staff always seem to have excuses instead of solutions. For a new hotel, the guest experience falls far below expectations. Even many budget motels offer better amenities and customer service than this property. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The only thing that was unpleasant was the walls being so thin. I could hear the next rooms TV, conversations and even their cell phone vibrations as if they were in the same room with me. Everything else(staff, room,amenities etc) was wonderful

Istaff was friendly and liked that they had stores close by and a shuttle to the airport provided by the sister hotel LaQuinta when. Exiting from 1st floor side door I noticed the door was open. It says on the door that is should be closed at all times & a key card is needed to enter. every time I exited or entered the door was open. As a single female i felt unsafe & concered

Clean and secure place to stay. No complaints.

New clean and modern I was charged twice and waiting for my refund is the only issue I have with this hotel.

Exterior doors broke, only helpful staff was girl that checked us in. TV kept shutting off

I enjoyed my stay at Echo Suites Springfield MO. The staff, to include front desk and maid service, go above and beyond to assist with your needs and are always happy and pleasant. The hotel was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Springfield. They deserve 10 stars.
