Clean room

The only issue I found was not with the property directly, there were so many people hanging out smoking the green, which is legal in the state, just not my thing and wished it didn’t smell so strongly at the entrances and some of the neighbors. Otherwise the property and staff were amazing.

I have never stayed at an extended state location before… And now I know why. This housing facility was clean in a safe part of town and close to the highways.… But that was about it. The front desk staff truly could’ve cared less whether I stayed there or not. There was the occasional fairly pleasant staff member at the front desk, but for the most part, I was just another customer. I found out once I got there that they only clean your room once every two weeks yes you read that right once every two weeks. I had to clean my own room take out my own garbage clean my own bathroom. The title of this should be never again.

Shower could be lil better, our room the shower was so weak, we stayed for almost a week but the shower just wasn’t acceptable. Talked to staff about it, had been told water pressure just low In Springfield, MO. But I doubted that.

Nice clean room, great staff.
-
An upper floor may have been quieter.
-
Floor was a bit tacky if walking barefoot. Aside from that it was very good!
-
Nothing is provided except a bed, no restaurant in site, no soap, have to pay for a coffee pot
-
Everything else was cool.

Clean
-
It was very clean and the staff is very helpful and super extra friendly.

Close to the airport They did not have an ironing board. There was no printer to print a boarding pass, odd for an airport hotel. The sound of the cars racing at night made it impossible to sleep. The men in lawn chairs in front of the main entry was also a little uncomfortable.
-
Room was clean and spacious and I thought the bed and pillows were comfortable
-
Thought it was interesting there were no hangers for the closet, and no iron and/or silverware
-
The hotel was nice, but there were several people living in vehicles in the parking lot !
-
The place smelled of smoke and the alarms went off had to evaluate staff never came out to explain nor told us it was all clear. Mind you outside was a tornado watch. The place was full of what i guess was illegal drunk and loud. I had an early morning ✈️

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, without question, the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I stayed at the property for over a month, and during that entire time, my room was never properly cleaned. After bringing the issue to management's attention, I expected it to be addressed, but no additional housekeeping services were provided. To make matters worse, the property manager was racist, rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome. The only response I received was sending someone to my room to briefly sweep the floor, which did not come close to resolving the issue. As a long-term guest, I expected much better service and basic cleanliness standards. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property onsite manager was the absolute worst ever! My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, without question, the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I stayed at the property for over a month, and during that entire time, my room was never properly cleaned.
