ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Springfield Airport PLZ

I would have given 5 stars on most of the selections except for a couple of items. The staff that checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless but had an odd smell, not from cleaners. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. When I was leaving the room and opened the door a roach ran into the hallway from the edge of the door. When the staff ask how my stay was, I was going to tell them about the roach. During checkout the only question from the staff ask was there only one key. They never ask anything else or said thanks for staying with them. If I'm in the Springfield area again, I would give them another chance.

Great place to stay at a very affordable price.

No breakfast, no ice machine, no hand towels (only wash cloths and full size towels) no hangers. It’s ok for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay for longer.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Very clean rooms and property. Helpful staff.

Good rate.. You will need to bring your own soap, shampoo, hair dryer. No off ramp from Hwy 70. But has an on ramp to 70.k So, leaving is easy. Getting there takes you thru Springfield. Hwy 13.

This place was good for our overnight stay. Clean. There were not any kind of necessities like soap, shampoo, lotion ect.

No amenities except one small hotel size shampoo and two face and body soap. No cutlery, no dishes or cups no coffee maker everything else for sale at the desk or vending machines but it's clean and they are very friendly. The deposit still haven't gotten back yet. Still waiting it's been 7 days will update when it's returned.

Very clean room with great lighting

Property and room were clean and updated. Bed was great. No ice machines at all. And no hair dryer in bathroom. Also night check in person was super helpful and friendly but daytime person was not customer friendly at all.

The cons: the walls were not very thick and you could hear people walking around and the doors slamming late at night and early in the morning. Our solution to that was to leave the volume on the TV up which I'm sure disturbed other people but allowed us to sleep. You will probably need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and body soap. There is a full size refrigerator but the range is induction so you need induction pans to cook on it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the value

Since it is a newer hotel, it was fairly updated. However, you can definitely see the wearing happening. The floors are paper thin, as you can hear every footstep of the floor above you...that was annoying and awful

They put me in a room right next to the outside door & was able to park close. As soon as I opened the door, I saw the full size frig. The room was a nice size. The bed a bit firm but it still felt good. The hotel is next to the street/freeway but you really don't hear the traffic.

The room, bathroom and bed were clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable. I wish they would’ve served breakfast. I also wish they would’ve offered free coffee pots in the room.
