It was a convenient price and location for my hike It had not been cleared by the head cleaning staff and had broken chairs in the room

With Many available rooms, they still stacked everyone close together and we were put next to a man who hired a hooker (no joke, you could hear everything through the walls) and they sand drunk Mexican songs in between sessions of screaming sex. We are a little bit older and don't use garbage hotels for hit ups. This was our second stay because it's so close to Costco, but we will pay the extra $50 to get some sleep.

Clean room, staff was nice.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast was fine and well monitored and maintained. The only thing of concern was the air conditioner in our room though cooling sufficiently was extremely noisy when the compressor kicked on. It was fine when just the fan was blowing but was loud enough to overpower the tv when it kicked into cool. Other than that we enjoyed our two night stay and will stay here again on our frequent trips to Springfield

The rooms were well looked after and clean and big. The staff were real nice

The staff was very nice from the front desk to the housekeepers. I loved the coffee machine selections in the lobby especially hot chocolate I wish the breakfast selection would have changed a little bit, for example every day was the same… scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. I was there for 5 days. Maybe bacon, toaster waffles, pancakes

We also had problems with the key cards- I had them re-programmed repeatedly. This resulted in some major issues for us.

The room was clean . Just needed upgrade of furniture . Get rid of soap and use body wash. It was what we needed.

General areas lovely Room was worn and needs a deep clean

When we got this property at significantly less than others around the area, we were nervous. But it turned out great. Good room. Free breakfast. Everything as expected.

Our first room had an extremely noisy air conditioner, so we had to switch rooms. Both rooms were very far from the entrance, which made carrying our luggage difficult. In the second room, the toilet did not flush properly. We also requested a crib for our child, but unfortunately, the crib they provided was broken. Breakfast had very limited options, and there were no high chairs for children. Overall, the staff were nice, but because of the maintenance issues and outdated facilities, I would choose a different hotel next time I’m in Springfield.

I'm not one to leave hateful reviews, but the property needs attention. I swapped one room for another due to A/C issues, and the second room was cooler than the first, but smoke filtered in through the unit because I was a few doors down from the main entranc. The room showed many obvious signs of deferred maintenance. I would pay a little more in retrospect to feel comfortable and safe.
