I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took an hour before I could walk around normally after spending the night in that bed. I should have slept in the car. The tub took an hour to drain after I showered. An altogether unpleasant stay.

Was clean, bed was comfortable, hot water and good water pressure. Easy parking convenient to many restaurants, stores and entertainment in the area

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The ac did not work very well and everytime we left the room the halls smelled like Marijuana

FILTHY!!! Booked to stay with my kids, room #1 had dirt on the sheets and soil stains on the comforter. Room #2 had a head imprint and hair left on the pillow and multiple stains on the bedding that ranged from yellow to red. I’ve traveled all over and this is literally the dirtiest, most run down hole I’ve ever been to. Only saving grace was that I booked through Expedia and received a full refund to stay somewhere else.

If you like cigarette holes in your comforter and towels that look like they were used as toilet paper, this is the place for you!

It was pet friendly but other than that I wouldn't have stayed there

Stained Linen, Stained Towels & Wash Cloths, Ice machine Hasn’t worked in at least a year

I didn’t like anything we even left the night after when we supposed to stayed 2 nights. My daughter and I couldn’t sleep with the cigarette smells it was terrible.

Nothing fancy. Not a lot of amenities. But it was cheap and clean.

The AC could not keep up (very old) and the windows were locked so I could cool the room down. It was an oven. The fridge not working and their ICE machine was not working. I will never use Expedia again.

I "liked" the price for what it was when I needed a place to stay last minute but everything else was mediocre at best. You get what you pay for. There's one staff member who was just overall rude and disrespectful. She works the mornings I always checked out but she calls your room not even 1 minute after check out and basically yells at you when telling you you need to check out and leave it's 11am. Second, she was disrespectful to my husband who was trying to carry a load to the car and telling him it's past the time of check out and asking what room were in and scolding him. Third, she has been on the phone for personal situations and found SCREAMING at whomever it is on the other line and I personally do not find this to be very appropriate or professional to say the least. Then, the air conditioning does not work. I've stayed here twice now and each time it's been relatively nice outside but the rooms are HOT and HUMID and the A/C either doesn't cool off the room and just makes it more humid and hot or it quite literally does not work at all and does not turn on. More things that I did not like was, the showers are hit and miss with making the water between hot and cold and either go straight BOILING your skin off hot or Antarctica cold... There was no in between. Lastly, the last time I stayed here I had to get 6 keycards made just at check in to get into my room....The rest of the time I was there, I had to constantly go to the front desk and ask for a new keycard at least 10 times just for it to not work each and every time. There was another customer who was having the same problem with her room as well.... See...I gave this place benefit of the doubt by staying here twice and will no longer give them a chance because they were not willing to correct their wrongs and instead blamed me for everything when essentially it is not my fault and not my job to fix what was wrong. This place should either be torn down and rebuilt as something else or please to GOD SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER AND RENOVATE THIS PLACE!!! && Hire new staff.... PLEASE!

It's an older building but the heat seemed to work ok. And key cards gave us a little trouble. And our died. But we were only there for one night. But things went well otherwise.

Rooms were dirty, gross, smelled gross. The rooms were dirty there were literally hairs in the bed, they offered to move us to another room that room smelled a little better that bed had crumbs and glitter/jewels things in the bed. In the bathroom the towels looked stained. I was out my money because I booked online, I chose to not even stay in the rooms because they were terribl All I wanted was a place to sleep that was clean not super high expectations and this didn't meet even the minimal of my expectations.

Needs work

Strong cigarette odor in the halls. End door by our room didn't unlock from the outside. No ice bucket or ice. But overall wasn't a bad stay with pets for the price.

The coffee was free. There was water coming up from the floor tiles. The heating blower rattled very loudly all night long keeping us awake! Outside doors didn’t work other than the front door.

Rooms are filthy, floors not vacuumed, hair clippings, lint and debris on floor. Shower curtain was full of mold, items from previous guests (ie scissors, head phones and wrappers) on floor and under bed. Box spring mattress was broken with broken wood pieces on floor under bed. Curtains could not be closed without propping a chair against them to hold them shut. Shower towels were stained and yellow. Lobby smelled horrendous with a very strong odor of freshly smoked Marijuana when I checked in. Not a pleasant experience, would not recommend this place at all.
