The kitchen did not have a dish towel or dish soap available. And there was no wine cork screw available, even at the front desk!

We had a really nice and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and having a small kitchen area was very convenient. We also really liked the location — being able to easily walk to a nearby store was a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful, and the rooms were so nice with the kitchen and all utensils there even though we didn’t use them! We brought our dog there overnight and they were so accommodating to dogs. They don’t quite have a pet relief spot which would have been nice, but we were able to bring her elsewhere. I’d recommend a pet relief spot with grass if possible.

Room was new- that was the end of the positives. Gave us an ADA room although we never requested one. Bed practically on the floor so low. Kitchen built for wheelchair height- again - do not require this ADA room. Light for bathroom dressing area did not work. New toilet handle was hanging off loose- had to push it in to flush. Shower had no pan or lip on it- when showering the water floods the bathroom floor. Ugh- REALLY? Do better “Best Western” !

New clean and comfortable. As I checked in there was another customer that had a dog. Dogs/pets don’t belong in hotels, airplanes, restaurants, churches, stores, or any other very public place. Keep Rover at home. I would never stay in a hotel room where a pet had stayed. The attendant at the front desk told me that my room was a pet free room. Was that really true?

We had to make an emergency booking with this hotel due to having to leave a different hotel that was unsatisfactory. This place was practically heaven and earns its name “@home”. The best part was that the walls and ceiling are virtually sound-proof so we didn’t hear any annoying sounds you might hear otherwise while sleeping. There was also a nice kitchenette and the bed was great too. Parking was convenient and we could see our car right outside of our window. The property was immaculate and they were even cleaning the carpets to make sure they were pristine. Nice to have the option to purchase snacks at all times as well. Staff was very friendly upon check-in. This will be our go-to stay in St. George.
