Alright, I booked a room at this hotel on short notice for a trip to take my son to a Cardinals game. So my criteria was a cheap room in walking distance from the park. This joint definitely fit the bill there. My son and I aren't fancy fellas and don't care about staying in super fancy hotels. But with that said, this place is definitely janky as hell lol. First red flag, the hotel staff sits behind 2-3 inch thick glass (the same stuff you see in gas stations in bad neighborhoods). Second, the elevator makes a lotta concerning noises (I decided to take the stairs after the first ride). BUT the room was clean enough for our standards. Would I stay here again? IDK, probably not but maybe (if I was booking again on short notice and couldn't find anything else in the same price range). Oh, also this joint doesn't have coffee machines in the rooms OR even a coffee machine in the 'lobby' area. That was super annoying but I did find a really great little local coffee shop that was only a 10 minute walk away so it worked out fine.

Good location. Good price. Everything was dirty except the sheets on the bed. Outside the room the carpet was filthy. The blanket on the bed had obvious stains. The tub so dirty I wore flip flops to take a shower.

Rats chewing on the walls sounded like trying to chew through the tub. loud enough to wake you up. We closed the curtain to fully block the view inside the room when we had left to start our evening when we got back the curtain was wide open. Nothing was touched was very confused. The room had the mirror painted on and the floors were so disgusting had to wear shoes the whole time. Very convenient location was the only perk.

Location Everything from the outer appearance it look terrible. Look abandoned and a rough looking crowd hanging around. Need to update pictures.

I did not stay here i left immediately after i walked to my room and noticed the locks broken, bathroom beyond nasty and stained, the bathroom door did not want to shut and looked as if someone kicked it in and the staff just replaced the framing with patchwork wood that did not belong. Blankets were nasty as well. I went down stairs to talk to the staff who stated they did not have any other rooms and i asked for a refund and left. He stated the refund would be sent however I am going through a lot just to get the refund he said I would get

I would consider this a one star motel in terms of amenities, updates, comfortable beds, etc. But, we knew that going in and were happy with the service. We just needed a place to lay our heads close to the attractions we wanted to see and this fit the bill.

This is and older motel undergoing renovation. My room had been updated and was clean and comfortable. The stairways and building outside still are being worked on. No issues with mice or insects. Very nice helpful staff. This is a short walk from the convention center so economical stay if you are just looking for a room and don't need all of the bells and whistles. Free parking.
