Staff, location, quiet, view Window blinds didn't work. Stairs lights out. No security roof top bar, door propped. Restaurant never open when wanted

The staff was super friendly. Every time we left or came back we were greeted. The room was clean and bed was comfy. There is no daily housekeeping, no problem for us, but we asked for extra towels and they were at our room within minutes.
