The hotel is beautiful, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the rainfall shower head is magnificent and the parking is free. The rooftop terrace is outstanding with excellent music and the breakfast at the restaurant inside is excellent. However, it’s cashless. The restaurant isn’t, but I somehow ended up with charges to my credit card from there and the hotel that were unauthorized. My other half made the mistake of going downstairs for a smoke and grabbed a soda on his way back in. He gave the guy at the front desk cash, which he accepted, and was told nothing else. Another time a woman “gave” him two drinks and told him “not to worry about it” when he offered her cash. The other guy took it why would he think any differently. I didn’t know anything until I saw the charges on my card. Why accept the money and charge my room? Why let him take the drinks and say “don’t worry about it” only to charge my room? Why not simply state “we’re cashless?” Won’t be staying here again or recommending this place to anybody because of dishonest employees. It’s terrible because I stay in A LOT of hotels and I LOVED everything else.

Staff was terrible, overcharged for room and still waiting for refund. Billed for valet parking when they no longer offer the service. I used to be a frequent customer but after this last experience I will not be back, which is a shame it's conviently located for me. 😠

The property was in pretty good condition. I stayed in the king suite, which would usually imply everything in that specific room would at least be up to par. However, the thermostat and the TV were outdated. Moreover, the thermostat was faulty and I couldn't control the temperature of the room, and although the TV had cable, one on expect in '26 to have a smart TV/streaming app functionality. Oh, and the hotel desperately needs to figure out a better parking flow of traffic situation, as well. Nevertheless, it was a good environment and decent lodging. I'd put it in the B tier.

Amazing Staff and great location!! Unbeatable!!

Love this quirky hotel right on the Delmar Loop. Comfy and fun. Our dog loved it too! Only issue was the AC was extremely loud and made periodic bangs that made it hard to sleep.

We had to leave for a different in the middle of the night as it was so loud at this hotel. Do not stay here. The staff was very rude and unhelpful about the noise. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel - we were left in a lurch due to the rude staff who had no regard for guests but instead were hanging out with friends in the lobby who were also going up to the rooftop bar that was so loud we could not hear ourselves in our room. Nightmare experience.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice, the roof top view and restaurant was very dope, the beer cheese nachos were very good, parking was easy, most nights we parked right at the door.
-
Beware if your room is on the 7th floor. The rooftop bar directly above is loud. as. hell. for. HOURS.
-
Very nice and clean hotel
-
The rooftop bars were not available due to either rain or heat. The restaurant closed early every day for breakfast and for dinner.
-
Always love staying here if there’s a concert at the pageant. Close by plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

The manager Andre along with the rest of the staff was great and helpful. The staff were polite and answered all questions and were respectful and professional.

Cool retro vibe for a boutique city hotel - pet friendly too! The king Matress too firm.

Great location Slowish staff

The room was clean, modern updates and stylish. The area around the hotel was a fun area -- pedestrian friendly --lots of restaurants and some entertainment. In site parking for no extra fee was great. We had a great experience.

Best hotel ever. Clean nice staff

Room was fantastic. Loved the theme. Bathroom was very modern. Only thing to keep in mind is the rooftop bar has club music on the weekends. We were on the 7th floor right underneath it so that was kind of loud. Not a huge deal as it closed at 1230am. Overall really nice place with tons of attractions around it.
