The shower was cult ...I had a room Everytime I left came back to the room the card would not open the door.had to change rooms 1week there and was not able to use the swimming pool 😔 I get charge for a swimming pool and did not even get a chance to enjoy my stay alot of users there.drug area

Awesome staff and location.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I would like to highlight the following issues: Misleading Room Assignment: I booked a room in the main hotel building. However, upon arrival, the receptionist denied this reservation and forced me into a room in the outer section of the property without a valid explanation. Security Concerns: The area where I was relocated felt extremely unsafe. I observed individuals loitering who appeared to be homeless and using drugs. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt terrified and highly vulnerable throughout my stay. Hygiene Issues: To make matters worse, the suite was not clean; I found cockroaches in the room. Given these circumstances, I did not feel safe or comfortable. I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious, as this property failed to provide the basic security and sanitary standards expected of a hotel."

They had no swimming pool they keep advertising there is a swimming pool there is no swimming pool there hasn't been one in months that is the only reason why I booked the room there and now my money has been caught up in a refund since Thursday I do not think people should advertise on this app or any other app to fake amenities

Great relaxing and peaceful

Ac was busted and stuck blowing hot air even though we had it set to 61 the bed frame broke in the middle of the night and cockroaches came out it stated breakfast and coffee but it was a single granola bar and no coffee we were told it was a smoking room but then we got told no smoking in the rooms. The only good part was parking options and the size of the room

THE PROPERTY HAS A LOT OF PEOPLE LIVING THERE AND THEY ARE NOISEY AT NIGHT.

Second time I stay here, first time 4 years ago this place was totally trash rooms and everything dirty and Fallin apart, today 2026 it got a little upgrade rooms where a little bit better and more clean, ac wasn't working right, staff was ok but it is a scary hotel to stay to many sketchy people staying there never felt safe but from what it was to what is it now, I guess not the worst

Rooms we’re clean and the accommodations for parking was convenient in the staff was friendly and efficient.

very nice staff and checkin was smooth with my service dog. We slept great and enjoyed the room.

The hotel is in a good location it’s kinda ghetto but it’s so close to everything, movies, food, is like a 15 minute bus ride away so it’s super convenient. We got a king sized room and it was super comfortable, clean. They do have a bit of a roach problem though which is gross, especially for how clean it was i wasn’t expecting roaches but we stayed for 5 days and only saw like two.

There were alive and dead roaches in the room. The pool was under maintenance and no notification was given prior to stay. The room key wouldn’t work when scanning on the door. We had to change rooms twice. Problem after problem and only thing offered was a room change. Won’t be staying here again

It put me close to the coast for other activities and was available last minute Had to ask for towels EVERY SINGLE DAY. No luggage cart for 2 days. Had to insist, and finally one was found. No housekeeping services. Saw carts outside the same few rooms down from us. Felt very unsafe. Lots of loitering. Pictures on internet did match the actual rooms offered. The property was in what seemed like a lesser part of town. And a cockroach was seen on checkout morning in the tub. The refrigerator wasn't working, we pulled it out to realize it wasn't even plugged in. We needed this for medications requiring refrigeration.
