Kicked out due to “maintenance issue” worst experience since check in and they made us check out after 4pm. Unruly customer service drug infested with roaches. Pool out of service. And they stole my baby’s Nintendo switch after giving us the runaround. I signed a contract at 11am an nothing was said.

All good staff was wonderful

nothing did not even get to stay the pool was green and full of trash could not even get my refund first time I got hung up on then I tried to chat and I was told they were busy about seven times and it disconnected this is a terrible location you should remove it from your screen the pool was green and filled with trash. I did not get notified of this before or after I had to walk out and see it. there was no refund I never stayed I couldn't connect with anybody to help with this situation. there needs to be a warning. this location did not meet my expectations or any of the guests in there.

I didn’t even get to stay and didn’t get my money back It smelt like marijuana and cigarettes and I didn’t want my baby to sleep in it but still wasn’t able to get a refund

Nothing Everything could have been been better. Woke up twice with people banging on the door looking for someone. Drugs being sold in open and quite a bit of prostitution. Never told pool wasn't operational. Quality of room remodel was one of the worst ive seen. No towels in room. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Booking.com customer service useless.

Well my stay was not great from me havin to switch rooms because of shower head not workin and not being restock itself the new room I went was stock but the sink had a slow draining ok whatever I let that go now I tried to switch my towels out but between the front desk and non English housekeeping couldn’t replace them had to go and buy my own personal towels for the remaining of my stay oh and let’s not forget the room had roaches in it and that alone was unacceptable I paid darn near 300 dollars I felt uncomfortable and dirty didn’t even stay my full days I pick this place because of the pool and breakfast being included just to wake up to just juice and breakfast bar section are you guys serious like I could had stay in a lowdown budget hotel for just 100 bucks and have the same issues that I had here

No bathtub would not drain no service technician on duty quit two weeks ago air-conditioning would not adjust temperature up and down

Roaches BAD

They didn't clean my room even once in 5 days. Cockroaches. No ice machines. Explains why they were half the price of anyone else in St. Pete. Staff was nice though so that's something.

The only thing I liked about that place is that it was close to my training I had to be at for the weekend Well, for starters, as soon as you pull up, there were kids out with no shoes, no shirts with the buckets of ice wetting each other so that was my first impressions. It was a little sketchy for me and also there was loud music next to my room and I had to be up by 5 AM .Amongst other things that was wrong. I wouldn’t book there.
