The bed slept well. That is the only thing I have possibly positive to say about this place. Ohh where to start. Let's start with check in, I booked a handicap accessible room and informed them that I wouldn't be checking in untill midnight/1am. Upon my arrival I was informed there were no more handicap accessible rooms available. So since I was beyond exhausted and just needed to sleep I took the room they had available (room 119) upon entering the room I noticed stained pillow covers, stained curtains, the floor was dirty and the handle in the shower that was mounted it the wall was pulled halfway out, the tub was slippery like it had been oiled....but still I needed sleep so I slept and went to get breakfast in the morning and was presented with yet another disappointment.. all they offer is coffee no food.... Lesson learned... I will sleep in my car before I ever stay here again....

The wifi was terrible.

The location was convenient to all the food plazas Not clean, roaches start from the bathroom and roam towards the door, awkward smell lingers at times and not just cigarette smoke. Mini fridge has slight mold

The area, and parking, beds were comfy 2 cockroaches in the tub. Tub did not drain when taking shower, tub did not drain for 2 days. No breakfast offered as stated on the website, no chairs or sitting area in the lobby to wait for check in.

room was INFESTED with cockroaches. They crawled over everything, even in my bed !

Do not stay here. Stayed for two nights. On the second night i discovered the Roach party in the bathroom.

Bed was dirty and when addressed they didn’t change my room they handed me sheets to make the bed myself. Then there were roaches and the tub had a black ring around it

Kicked out due to “maintenance issue” worst experience since check in and they made us check out after 4pm. Unruly customer service drug infested with roaches. Pool out of service. And they stole my baby’s Nintendo switch after giving us the runaround. I signed a contract at 11am an nothing was said.

saying there is breakfast is a joke everything. remote didn't work,ac didn't work , there is cockroaches , the pool will not be open till December.
