Pool was out for days than they opened it 1 day before I was leaving and it was dirty

The room was supposed to be non smoking but it was obvious by the smell and burn marks in the bed-ware people smoked. Also, it would have been beneficial knowing ahead of booking that the pool was closed.

The pool was not in service and I had the worker mess my stay I had did a reservation for two rooms when I got in at 3am he took me outside trying to get 50 dollars off of me than when I ask about my second room he tells me it's 450 more I said how I did my reservation for two rooms he took me outside and told me if I give him 50 he can charge me less 225 never had an issue til I got rico horrible time had no remote/ the fridge has no shelfs inside I would like a refund for the inconvenience my day reported to management they didn't offer anything another day something off my room .

The rooms are clean and it’s quiet in the property

Upon arrival we found 2 roaches in the bathroom. The pool was closed but we didn't know this until we went downstairs to swim in it. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom and in the corners. There was shampoo but no conditioner. No soap or kleenex like a typical hotel room. The fridge wasn't very cold and had water on the inside. There was a flying, stinging insect in the room an hour after we arrived. In the middle of the night I had a bug crawling on me. I assumed it was a roach but it was a moth. When we woke up and it was light outside we could see a large gap in the door frame. Wasn't hard to figure out how all the bugs were getting inside. I wouldn't stay here again.

Friendly staff. Convenient for what I needed. Clean. Half of the bed sunk in. The front desk clerk read out my room number when giving my keys. Pool was closed.

Decent for the price but amenities said they offered coffee in the lobby and they didn’t.

Move forward A lot of police activity at this hotel. two nights in a row. Would not consider this a safe place! Approached several times, going to the restaurant next-door by pan handlers. Coming home from work, people are loitering on the steps very hard to get up without interrupting or asking for money. Pool was green upon arrival cleared up slightly in the next two days, but would not recommend. Nobody in pool area and courtyard.. laundry room. I wouldn’t even put my laundry in there let alone walk down there by myself again.. Front desk staff is lazy and not helpful.

Area is not the safest. One cockroach in the room. Otherwise it was pretty comfortable.

The staff were lovely, and the only positive thing about our stay. There was trash all over the parking area, our door had a half inch gap at the bottom open to the outside, and the room smelled so bad when we got there. The bed also sounded/ felt like it was made out of metal on metal and 2x4s. The night life hanging around in the parking lot was also wild, and we saw questionable things happening on and off throughout the night.. We left early and checked out the next morning rather than staying our full stay.

You couldn't use cash to buy the snacks
