The luggage carts were unbelievably terrible. They felt like something someone bought just to be cheap and cut costs instead of spending money on proper carts with support on both sides. These had support on only one side, with no way to secure my luggage. One elevator was broken the entire time, and getting the cart over the uneven elevator threshold was a nightmare. When I tried to bring it onto the elevator, all my luggage fell off. I hurt my wrist trying to hold everything together when, with a properly designed cart, my bags could have simply leaned against the other side. It felt like someone’s decision to be cheap ended up getting me hurt. Absolutely ridiculous. I would 100% not recommend this place. There’s another Marriott property across town that is 1,000 times better. I honestly cannot believe both hotels operate under the same brand. Where are the standards? The difference is unbelievable, makes no sense.

There was a $15+tax per night parking that seem unreasonable.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location was nice, it was just a bit out of the downtown area, but close enough to get there easily. My only complaint is that the mattress had seen better days. It was a big saggy. Normally any Marriott property can boast an excellent mattress. Perhaps my stay was just at the end the cycle. But otherwise it is a great property.

This was a great place to stay! Close to the free bus transit system which will take you most places you want to go. The only downside was having to pay to park at the hotel.
