Great location. We had an issue with the cooling unit and the maintenance staff swapped the entire unit while we out for the afternoon. Staff was very helpful.

Clean room and very well kept property.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast bar was very good. The Small bites bar very nice. Enjoy sitting outside in the evening by the fire pit.

The hotel was clean, organized, and had modern finishes. Where I have an issue with my stay is: thin walls (could hear neighbors closing their curtains and the TV), the room doors slam shut ( which no one pays attention to-thus it wakes you and others up), the elvator had an emergency warning (staff didn't seem to care about), only one elevtor was working, and no mention at checkin of $15/night parking fee.

The staff were excellent! Sheila at the front desk went above and beyond and made my stay absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for its food, staff and amenities. And very pet friendly.

Great hotel experience. They are still working through some of the "challenges" of a new hotel but, the friendly staff and beautiful property made up for it. Nice stay.

Only thing I was not impressed with was the surprise $15 a day to park in the parking lot.

This is a wonderful hotel resort. The staff were entirely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen. The pool was sparkling and had very cool sunbeds. Breakfast was amazing! The design of the hotel is very well done. We will be back!

It was good. They charge for parking though. I thought that was ridiculous.

Wish we could have stayed a week instead of a night. The place is outstanding.

- You have to pay $15 per day for parking at the hotel you’re staying at? Seems weird to not be included in the price, where else would we park? - The female bartender was rude and slow. I asked if she needed me to open the door to outside while she was holding 2 drinks and she said “no I’m going right here” with an attitude. Then they gave us our drinks out of order. And didn’t cash us out correctly, bizarre experience. Took unreasonably long for us to get 3 drinks. - They didn’t clean our room when we were out of the room for HOURS. We then asked for them to come clean at a certain time a few times and they didn’t or they came at the incorrect times. The lack of communication was apparent. - I also specifically asked for them to change my sheets and they ignored the note and did not change the sheets. Thanks for that. - Ryan at the front desk was incredibly rude because our dog was barking and said he was going to call animal control. Meanwhile it is a pet friendly hotel. When we said we will handle it, he said the police may be in our room. What were they gunna do Ryan? Handcuff our mini golden doodle? Plenty of people left their dogs in their rooms for hours, we heard babies crying and dogs barking and never said a thing, because THAT’S LIFE. People went to all day weddings and golf outings and left their dogs in the room. We did not leave our dog alone FOR FOUR HOURS that was a blatant lie. The police also took no

Our room wasn’t ready at check in, the sheets were dirty and used by prior guests, and the pet fee is too high at $150 per stay. We really enjoyed the pool and large room, though.

For a three day trip it was a perfect place to stay. The gym was excellent. The breakfast crew was lovely. The front desk crew was not as helpful as they could have been. But overall good experience. Would stay again.

The property was nice and new. Very themed and got the ski town vibe immediately. Our car got broken into in the parking got. Window busted and items stolen. The hotel manager had the parking lot cleaned before we even knew it had happened. That was not helpful at all when trying to file a police report. Hotel management did not call us to let us know and when we talked to them about it they were very dismissive of our concerns. When we checked out we still had a 14.00 per night charge for parking. Parking that will now cost us 500.00 and about a week to get repaired.

The location is perfect and the price was very reasonable during the summer. It's comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good, nothing special but better than a lot of hotel continental breakfasts. Plenty of parking out front. Can't comment on the amenities as we didn't use them. Water pressure can always be improved in hotels but really not bad here.
