Nice rooms. Great common+pool/hot tub area, and pretty decent breakfast (given its complimentary). Convenient location, and even a couple of EV chargers in the lot.

Beds we horrible, hard and you can feel the springs! Pretty bad for a new hotel! Being charged $15.00 a day to park is absolutely ridiculous! That was never disclosed when I booked, because if it had been I would have never stayed there, and I will not stay here in the future! To expensive for what you get!

Beautiful new property in Steamboat. We had three families staying and our stay was absolute perfection. Clean rooms, amazing staff, close to grocery and restaurants. The bar/restaurant onsite was awesome! We ended up hanging out there all evening. Our bartenders were the BEST! We will definitely be back! My only small complaint is they charge $15 to park on their property in their parking lot. Seems kind of silly, where else would we park? They don't offered valet or garage parking so no need for a charge for parking. Other than that, we loved our stay!

The TV works fantastic with plenty of channels The swimming pool and two hot tubs were awesome The staff was as friendly as possible. Anything you need they will get it for you I’ll give the breakfast a nine only because I love biscuits and gravy and they did not have it. Other than that it is fantastic. The rooms are very quiet The kitchen and the room had plates and utensils and everything we needed along with wonderful coffee maker microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and plenty of dishes. The only thing that I did not see when I was booking the unit was the $15 per day charge for parking. That was a bummer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! Felt very cozy and then entire staff was very friendly!

Everything was fantastic except the shower leaked!

The hotel is new, so most things are clean and in good working order. They still have some punch list items that need to be complete. One of the two elevators was also out during our entire stay. All the staff, except the guys running the lounge, are well trained and help.

Great location. We had an issue with the cooling unit and the maintenance staff swapped the entire unit while we out for the afternoon. Staff was very helpful.

Clean room and very well kept property.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast bar was very good. The Small bites bar very nice. Enjoy sitting outside in the evening by the fire pit.

The hotel was clean, organized, and had modern finishes. Where I have an issue with my stay is: thin walls (could hear neighbors closing their curtains and the TV), the room doors slam shut ( which no one pays attention to-thus it wakes you and others up), the elvator had an emergency warning (staff didn't seem to care about), only one elevtor was working, and no mention at checkin of $15/night parking fee.

The staff were excellent! Sheila at the front desk went above and beyond and made my stay absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for its food, staff and amenities. And very pet friendly.

Great hotel experience. They are still working through some of the "challenges" of a new hotel but, the friendly staff and beautiful property made up for it. Nice stay.

This is a wonderful hotel resort. The staff were entirely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen. The pool was sparkling and had very cool sunbeds. Breakfast was amazing! The design of the hotel is very well done. We will be back!
