You get what you pay for with this place, not much service, minimal communication, staff not present, rooms were ok but had its cheap quirks

Furniture stained, windows did close completely, was locked out of my room and they just gave me a new key-never asked for any identification to verify room.

Accidentally had my arrival date wrong and missed check in. They canceled my reservation and kept almost $500. No grace. No discussion. Front desk attendant told me I would get 2 nights refunded, but no.

Nothing There were bugs in the bed. I asked for a complete refund and though the manager said I would receive it, my money was never refunded.

Not a bad place to stay but definitely not as nice as the photos. The basics were very clean in our room, but there was a lot of dirt or food debris on the wall in a few spots, the bathroom and the window shades. It would have been a great spot to bring dogs and the front desk folks were so nice. Overall not a bad experience, just a little worse for wear of what I expected based on photos.

Our second time staying and perfect place for traveling w families. So convenient to pack/unpack, close to downtown, and love the outdoor spaces and game room. Also super convenient to Safeway, Starbucks, and Walgreens, as well as food options. Nothing fancy or extravagant but recently updated, new, modernized, and hidden gem for a trip to Steamboat. We plan to return again next year!

The full kitchen equipped with plates, silverware and a 12 cup coffee maker. Plenty of room to spread out as a family of 6. The patio access was nice . The vinyl floors were clean. And all the staff were super friendly. I would likely stay here again if ever in the area, the price was great especially with all the amenities the unit offered.

Great location, right on the free bus route through town and there are lots of amenities close by to stock up on essentials. Spacious and comfortable property which was well equipped. Felt like home from home. I liked everything.

The shower water pooled up in both showers no drainage and the walls, light switches all dirty floor was dirty.

Very clean, excellent location with access to bus line Nightstand lamps would be a great addition, the lighting was not super convenient
