Actually a bang for your buck!!

Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and mold.

Maybe just keep looking elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Under normal circumstances I would not pay $80 per night to stay here, but due to Tarleton Family weekend, there weren't any other options. The beds were ok, but if you are picky about your pillows, bring your own. The rooms were clean, but the hallways are incredibly hot and the carpets in the hall were stained and torn. Overall, the stay was just okay. I will be booking much earlier next year to hopefully get a different hotel.

The place is very dated and needs some help. The pool is filled in. The building is falling apart and beside the fact they tried to update the rooms. The place had no comfort to it at all. The towels were brown and dinghy. The bed was super hard and the couch and lamps in the room both looked like they were from 1974, and not in a good way. Luckily we were there for a very short time as this is not somewhere you would want to stay longer than a day. The price was the only redeeming factor.

Well I don't know if there was supposed to be a breakfast but there was no breakfast. This place is absolutely disgustingly dirty. The common area smell like mildew and the walls in the bathroom are rotted out because of moisture. Everything in the room has a stain on it the walls the lamp shades the couch. We needed to use the couch as a bed but when we unfolded it it still had sheets and bedding from whoever slept in at last and they were filthy. If I have to come to stephenville again I will find a room in another town before I rent a room in this place again. Everything

Disgusting and terrible. Like something out of a bad movie!! So dirty with stains everywhere. Terrible Upkeep and nasty - the carpets were completely stained and sticky and the sink was stained and dirty. Towels smelled like a dog

The A/C in the room worked great, and it looked like some work was being done on the floors and bathroom. However, the overall condition and cleanliness were very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Not s bad stay for a musician on the road. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The vending machine wasnt working but that happens sometimes. The ice maker was working and clean.

The hotel needs to be shut down or remodeled one the light sockets spark when you plug in your charger, the beds feel like nothing but springs the hideaway bed in the couch was so stained up that I just got a different hotel altogether

Location was trashy, hallways needed vast improvements, and the overall feeling was a little dirty. Area also had police presence all night long.

WiFi was horrible, a/c barely worked, cockroach in bathroom sink, squished a well fed bed bug on the final morning, vending machine broke, the ice machine had a piece of a broom stick stuck in the top to keep it from vibrating, the shelf in the bathroom was loose, the trim on the walls was peeling off.
