Best Western Plus Stephenville Inn

Staff friendly and helpful, room was hot and had oadd smell. A/C took a little while to cool down room. Still a great stay.

The entry floor needed attention. Someone had spilled something all the way to the elevator and it had become very dirty

Toilet would not flush but other than that it was a quick good stay

No parking. Small area

The motel was fabulous, the staff was awesome, the full buffet breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable, the TV was had a multitude of available shows and movies. The only complaint was the roof covering the swimming pool would not allow me to tan in the sun and due to zero sunshine on the pool, the water was more than Ice cold. I was very disappointed in the pool because I went there for three days to swim. I hate the cold, especially ice cold!!

Room was clean- but the lobby area where breakfast was served was really hot- It felt like the AC was not working. The washing machine was broken and some of the electric plugs in the room were not working.

Front office staff was super nice!

I really hoped for almost $200 a night, this would be a hotel I could use frequently. The elevator got stuck on one of our trips up/down. They had 2 elevators, but only one in use. My room didn't have a phone, so I was unable to call front desk for several things. I needed the fridge, hence something I checked pre buying, only to have the room fridge not work. The next issue was, one had to get off the toilet to reach the tp. The workers were nice. The room smelled of bleach, so clean. The breakfast was delicious. We liked the coffee machine downstairs. The ac worked. Would I stay again? Maybe, but ultimately disappointed. However in this part of town, options are limited. We were safe, and not sleeping in a car for the night.

I’m not going to lie, I’m big on reviews and I walked into the hotel skeptical because I saw a couple of mixed ones but had an open mind and hoped for the best. Upon arrival I was greeted by smiling faces that immediately made me feel at home. I walked into my nice and clean room and I was very pleased. The breakfast was great, coffee was amazing, and overall loved my stay! I felt safe, was greeted every time I walked passed the front desk, my room was near the front so that was another plus. Housekeeping was friendly and cleaned my room very well. The pool was a little chilly but we went in anyway. I’m so glad I chose this hotel, and like I told staff, y’all will totally be my “go to” whenever I make my way up to stephenville! Thank you for everything, and for making my stay comfortable.

We only stayed for the night but it was a very pleasant overnight. No complaints! The breakfast was great too!

Room was musty and smelly! Very outdated! Hotel hallways and dining area little to no AC.
