Few cosmetic issues in the room but was very clean and quiet

Only downside was our carpet was damp as if it had recently been cleaned

Rooms was clean, and well appointed. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work. But other than that it was a good choice for the price

We checked in late due to my daughter’s work schedule. As soon as we got to our room we noticed a big cockroach on the floor. I called the front desk and they offered to come and kill it for me. Also, the AC unit was blowing hot air. When I called the front desk, the lady told me they were booked solid for the evening but that she could bring two fans to my room. And so she did! It was a horrible night with no AC in our room and the fans did not help much at all. We will not stay at this place again.

Breakfast was fine. The cleanliness of the room was less than adequate. The sheets looked stained. There was a roach egg casing on the curtain by the window. Only one elevator was working. There was no ice in the ice machine.

The location was fine. The a/c did not cool. It was not clean. My daughter fell in the shower. It had no anti-slip material on the bottom of the tub (looks like there used to be some on it). After she fell and we insisted it the tub was slimey and unclean therefore slippery. I immediately let the front desk know she was nice enough but there was no manager. I have yet to be contacted by a manager. Two different people took my information supposedly for a manager to call me. The second person seen to not care at all about what happened.

Great staff nice room close to everything.

There was a huge roach in our room. We reported it the staff said they cld come kill it but there were no rooms left. We had to take the bed apart and lift it to get to the roach and kill it. Didn't sleep well after that.

Hallways were burning up. So as soon as we got to our room at 3 pm i turned down the ac to 60. When we laid down for bed @ 11pm everyone in my hotel was complaining how hot it was. I swear the ac didn’t get cold till 3 am. A full 12 hrs. I was exhausted the next morning because I slept so bad due to the heat.

The pool was nasty and water smelled really bad. No clean pool towels and hampers and all trash cans we passed were full. No bedding or pillows for pull out couch. Asked but only got a pillow and handed me the pillow case to put on myself which was fine. Glad we had a couple of throws in the car.

It was as described;

Great breakfast. Only issues were, breakfast was not on time if you are on a schedule and chlorine in pool in strong. Overall great stop.

Great spot for where our tournament was Beds weren’t comfy, the body wash bottle was empty, and breakfast selection was very limited

Clean. Food breakfast, nice staff. Felt safe.
