Super 8 by Wyndham Stephenville

Very very dirty couch. So dirty you didn’t want to sit on it. Both rooms we rented. Tile missing in bathroom. Mold and rust. Just gross. We checked out and got a room at another hotel. For the 85 per night I expected to be able to sit on the couch without getting dirty.

Other furnishings looked newer so I'm guessing the hotel is in transformation to upgrade. Overall, I guess it was on par for the price.

The gentlemen at the front desk with long hair and long beard was so kind. I wish all of my check in's at hotels was this great with customer service as he was!

The room is everything I expected. Staff was nice and allowed me to check in early.

We got coffee. We were told if other places to go get breakfast in town when checking in Bed. Hard as a rock. When staff went in room to clean each day, never took out trash or made bed. Also took out towels and didn’t replace them. We had to sleep on our pillows bed was so hard.

everything was fine, i didnt eat the breakfast, The room was clean and sheets were clean because i checked everything when i got in the room. the AC didnt get as cold as i feel like it should of and also the tv had like 10 channels so not many options to watch things with my significant other.

The lady who works the front desk, Sherri, is wonderful. The rooms were disgusting and dirty, and she came down and cleaned it. I am certain that is not her job, but she was trying to go above and beyond. The rooms have missing tile, what looks like blood all over the place, the sheets are dirty. There was food, dirt, etc., all over the walls and lamps. The lady that runs the place wouldn’t even come down and look at the room. She never apologized or tried to make it Kliene. The front desk lady came down with cleaning supplies and cleaned it for us. We are honestly very worried about bedbugs because it was so dirty in there.

First off, I want to say that the woman working at the front desk the morning we checked out was extremely nice and helpful. However, the hotel room was terrible and shouldn't be rented to people until properly repaired. Early on during check in the hotel manager said, "There will be no refunds or room changes because the hotel is completely booked." He knew that as soon as we saw the room we would be asking to switch or for a refund! The carpet needs to be replaced. Not cleaned, replaced. It had stains absolutely everywhere including red, blue, and green marker stains. It was disgusting! The walls had writing and stains all over. There was an exposed power outlet wire that they tried to cover with cardboard. A window had bent, missing, and broken blinds that looked absolutely terrible. The toilet didn't work without manually lifting the fill valve in the tank. The door wasn't square in the frame so there was a huge gap in the bottom. There was no ice machine in the door down the hall marked "Ice Machine". Several towels had stains. The only thing positive was the shower and sink looked clean enough. All other hotels were booked so we were forced to stay one night but we left before our second night and the hotel was nice enough to refund us for the 2nd night.

Location. The hotel was a bit run down. Stairs in the staircase to second floor were carpeted and torn. Tripping hazard. The room looked clean but there was a weird smell in the room. The water faucet in the shower would not turn the water off. You really had to tighten it for the water to stop coming out. And it still dripped even after that. As we were going down the stairs nearest to trash can you can hear a man talking on the phone loudly, he was behind the trash dumpster sitting on a chair drinking beer at 8am in the morning.

We did not stay after entering the room. The carpet was filthy & stained and window blind slats were broken. We requested a refund and are awaiting a response.

The bed and pillows were superb. The sign is small. I missed it, at first.

The TV didn't work and I was transferred to another room whereas the body was m wash was missing.. housekeeping cleaned room and left no towels.. ants covered the floor in the bathroom

I only got coffee but the breakfast looked ok. The carpet was filthy with stains everywhere. Needs to be replaced or at the very least deep cleaned. Bathroom needed work. There was no toilet paper holder on the wall, rolls just sat on back of toilet. You can see where it was knocked off and never put back on. Shower curtain was too short so water went all over the floor when we showered. Causing a slip hazard and tiles are falling off wall because water goes everywhere . Definitely in need of repairs.

rated it poorly was because the pool was dirty and looked like it wasn’t clean in months.

It was close to the college It was dirty. 3 different types of big bugs the one night we stayed. A lot of rust on the door jams of the bathroom. Carpet was crunchy.

All great. Other than pool closed.

Rooms were dirty, carpet dirty vents dirty, bugs between bedframe and mattress, roaches.
