Super 8 by Wyndham Stephenville

Adequate room for our needs.

Cold a/c, hot shower, but crappy wifi.

The room was super clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and amazing. Breakfast was mediocre, but it’s what you can expect from a quick breakfast. They are nearby options though in Stephenville. Did not use the pool but wanted two. Just didn’t have time because of a late arrival. The elevator did not work. I got in it to leave the next morning and the door is open thankfully, but it would not go downstairs. We were in room 219. It was very warm in there and we had it turned down to the lowest temperature. But other than that, everything was amazing. They offer a good quality, body wash, shampoo and conditioner that’s connected to the wall. I’m hesitant about using stuff like that, but I did use the body wash and it was pretty amazing. I would recommend going here if you need an inexpensive high-quality motel room.

This hotel is a bargain. It could be a little better maintained, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I stayed here once before and I returned to stay again. I would recommend it -- especially for people who want a clean room at a bargain price.

Probably the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed - I wanted to leave but it was too late at night. Rooms are carpet and the carpet is disgusting, definitely do not walk barefoot. No breakfast to speak of - only a few pieces of bread and bagels to toast, nothing else. Bed was comfortable, that is literally the only positive thing I can say about this place. Stay somewhere else.

The property was clean and very nicely maintained there prices seem to very thorough from week night to weekends and to go through booking.com to get the best price when I usely get the better rate at the motel The shower in my room did not work properly and the carpet needs cleaning and or replacing really stained

Rooms were gross. First room was a biohazard. Smelled like mold and bad air freshener we asked to change because our eyes were burning and it was hard to breathe. Second room at least didn’t smell bad but carpet and walls were stained like a crack house.

The clerk at the counter was friendly. The rooms are not clean nor do they appear to been cleaned. If I didn’t have to pay $160 dollars I could be a little more forgiving, but not with these rooms. This property is horrible - it receives a 6.5 rating and that would be correct if it was out of 100.

Loved the stay! They have brand new mattresses! I know because I got there at 1:00 and watched a truckload of old ones being hauled off and the last new ones being put in the rooms. It's a safe and quiet property and the owner is so nice. The rooms look just like the photos. My only complaint would be they forgot to fill the body wash dispenser and bathed with shampoo, lol. Definitely recommend this one.

Breakfast was poor.

I am on. Oxygen and we went to our room some lady was smoking in the elevator. I go sick and miss my grandson graduation !!!!!!!

Dirty room

My son and I stayed in a two bed non smoking room. It was clean, spacious and we felt safe there. If I had to complain, the carpet could be replaced, but I always wear my shoes when I stay at ANY hotel. Highly recommend if you need a safe inexpensive place to stay for a night. I’d stay here again.
