I left clothes in the room, called three separate times to let them know a friend was picking up. Never answered any of the attempts

the staff is very nice. the hotel was clean. my room had a musty smell and when we turned on the ac in the room, it leaked in the room. it smelled like this was an old problem but the hotel was full so we did not have a choice to move. it more that it smelled like an old problem.

The hotel was clean and in a good location it could use a good update and the beds in the room are absolutely horrible. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in a while.

My state was terrible. We had ants in our bed. The hotel promised a refund and we didn’t get it.

Property is overdue for an overhaul. Carpets are very dingy and there was a place in the hall where the underlayment had failed. AC was very noisy, and pillows need replacing.

It was clean. Front desk was friendly. We received a text to be able to respond to if needed. It was really noisy. We were in room 125. We don’t normally stay on the first floor. That may be normal for first floor.

Bed was fine, floors were not clean, which left me curious about the overall cleanliness. Breakfast was the typical continental style. Staff were pleasant. I found toenail clippings in the bathroom and debris on the floor in the bedroom. The structure and fixtures looked worn and in need of some TLC.
