Hampton Inn & Suites Stephenville

They said that we vaped in the room and charged me 250 dollars and we don’t even vape. Will never stay there again they just ripped me off Charged me for vaping and we don’t vape

Had a great stay with my boyfriend. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tub were clean with plenty of towels, my only nitpick was that the hot tub was cold.

Oddly I was expecting more at the price I paid but upon reserving they put me in a smaller room. When I complained after getting to my room I had to physically show them my reservation on my phone. The other two big issues were the WiFi so I had no signal for the rooms TV, I went to complain and they gave me a promotional code to get on WiFi but the issue was not the code it was the WiFi was not connecting. The second issue was that 3 lights in my room didn’t work properly so that sucked and the alarm clock was on wrong time and there was no simple way to change it. The pool closed early and the breakfast was not good, (oatmeal was watery and not cooked). But the location was awesome so that was why I chose this hotel but I will probably choose another one next time in Stephensville.

The room was clean and you could tell they have updated it. The LED lighting around the bathroom mirror was a +! The room had actual cable TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating!

Bed was very comfortable The air conditioner leaked and got our luggage and shoes completely soaked

Very clean and comfortable. The AC unit was not noisy which was very nice! The whirlpool was also amazing! Also after a day of riding horses, they actually have a boot brush thing out front to clean off your boots. It was a nice touch! Nothing. Everything was great.

The carpet is dirty and worn. It needs to be replaced…

The staff was so friendly and always working. The cleanest hotel I’ve been in in awhile. They were always cleaning. The front desk was helpful in every way. The hotel itself definitely needs a facelift. We loved our stay!

The saff was very polite, professional, and courteous. The room was immaculate, and in great condition.

I liked that I was able to find a room with short notice. The facility needs some updating, and better cleaning. We did not have a lot of options for breakfast.

Received a gift from the front desk upon check in .. Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Very nice property overall with breakfast, 24/7 refreshments and a designer lobby area .. Would visit again

The pull out couch smelled terrible my daughter had to sleep in the bed with me. The outside of the shower by the where the grout met the metal door was rusty and moldy. The breakfast was awful. The bacon didn't look like bacon I just assumed it was. It was extremely over done and tasted like saw dust. There was NO coffee. What hotel doesn't have coffee? Thank God we just stayed one night.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast offered lots of options. It was very convenient to Tarleton University!
