The hotel was clean and in good condition. The beds were very comfortable but wished there was more than just bar soap to shower with. The continental breakfast was very good and fresh (waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bread/pastries, cereal, fruit). The pool and hot tub area were quite nice with tables and chairs and a room with 3 walls and ceiiling as windows. What I didn't like was how "punctual and inflexible" the staff were, they closed breakfast at 10am and even turned people away, they closed the pool at 11:00pm on the dot, which were their posted times but would have appreciated some flexibility.

Breakfast had minimal options, one of the entry doors had a broken card scanner so had to walk around building, housekeeping had a left a note with “tips” written on it. If having a place to lay your head with no expectations for any amount of comfort or nicety is the hope, this hotel is fine. If you care about your stay to any degree beyond a simple (only mildly comfortable) place to rest—keep looking for a different hotel.

The staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. The room seems clean but could use some updating. Housekeeping does what they are told to do but don’t expect extra toilet paper, towels or a full box of Kleenex. Also the shampoo and conditioner have never matched scents😏. The breakfast area is where this hotel needs help. Always have to ask for a towel to clean the table, regardless of sitting area. The food is a good basic hotel breakfast and the coffee is good and hot. Just be prepared to wait for the next pot. Hopefully they will hire a person to take care of the area. This trip we were on the 3rd floor and you could smell cooking and had to deal with a mom yelling at her son down the hall who just kept running and using his scooter inside. It seemed like they were living there. But with all that being said…every time I plan a trip to see family this is my choice of hotels in the area.

Internet didn’t connect, room smelled like stale cigarettes

Check-in was not very nice. There was a previous customer who was very obnoxious.

Good service

The pool and hot tub were nice. The rooms, while a bit outdated, were clean. The beds were small - full size.

Very dirty

The hotel was old and needed updating. However, it was clean and efficient.

Good place to stay

Could be improved: Amenities, hairdryer didn't work (actually started smoking when turned on) and there wasn't an extra available at the front desk (?), room corners were very dirty, parking was tough, breakfast was minimal.

The wi-fi was out of service. I had a meeting the next day and needed to send documents but couldn't. I asked the front desk at night. He claimed the tech company had been called and also that he reset the router. I asked again at checkout - was told they frequently had troubles with the wi-fi. Thus this hotel, otherwise a good value in a good location, must be crossed off my list.

When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. It took them over an hour to figure it out. Now it’s after 10 p.m. Another guest was having issues with their booking as well. Then another guest came down for a blanket and the same associate was swearing under her breath at this guest. The rooms were very dated, the beds were I comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The next day our cards your room were not working. The front desk associate who happened to be the same one that gave us issues the night before accused my husband of doing something to deactivate the cards instead of simply fixing the issue. The breakfast was sub par and the area was not kept clean. I would not stay here again. The best part was checking out and leaving.

Cheap but rundown and dirty carpets and furniture. Smelled like old lady perfume in the hall and room

However... The wifi was down the whole time we were there. I spend an hour on the phone with tech support, trying to explain that I wasn't the only one having problems, and that they should be talking with the hotel management. The next day, the front desk told me the internet was down do to the rain. Although the restaurant next door wasn't having any issues. We had to have the air conditioning unit replace because the fan wouldn't shut off. The maintenance guy was very friendly.

It was good Breakfast start to late on weekends

My son and I ended up leaving around 9pm and driving back home because after all of that crap, there were little kids in the room directly above us having a great time (I in NO way blame the kiddos or their parents) and it was impossible to relax, let alone sleep. I gave it a few days, both to calm myself, and to give management the opportunity to reach out to me. A written apology would have gone a long way. I've gone from boiling mad, to incredibly disappointed and I want a refund. Zero stars. Will not recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked being able to choose the temperature of my room. No one was at the desk when I wanted to check in around 9:30 pm. I picked up the phone and called as instructed on the sign but it just rang and rang. A man came in from outside and said he could check me in and did so. The breakfast was okay as long as you don’t mind your eggs and sausage lukewarm. The lighting was terrible in the sink area. The TV choices were very limited even though it said it was Direct TV. And the choices on the menu did not match what was actually on the channels.

Breakfast food options were as expected. The beds were not comfortable and the fitted sheets kept slipping off. The room was humid and strong musty smelling. The pool and hot tub looked dirty/stained.
