Overall, though, this is a fantastic property with courteous staff and an outstanding adjoining restaurant - Amber Grill. You won't be disappointed with this gem of a hotel in the Stevens Point area!

The room was very nice, but a little dusty. The tub was really relaxing but the button to turn it on sticks. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The restaurant was very handy, close by. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was large and shower very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. We stayed 3 days and had no room service. Trash was never emptied, no fresh towels brought until we asked on third day. No room cleaning during the day. Do hotels ignore guests once they check-in nowadays?

Heard noise from the remodeling crew that was there all freaking day. And someone stomping around above my room all night! Which was not the hotel's fault. But after hours of me putting up with it, I called the front desk. They said they would handle it. But whoever was was up there never stopped. Will NOT be coming back!

Clean rooms + great staff. Only giving four stars instead of 5 because the pool area used to be amazing 10-15 years ago and now there's no slide, the pool is chipping, and not well maintained.

We booked 2 rooms for my Grandson's Graduation which was hosted at you hotel. Although the staff was friendly and room was clean, there were only 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf in room. Front desk only had decaf. Also, my daughter, grandkids and my wife were looking forward to the water slide and jacuzzi and were extremely disappointed that had been removed but, not removed from web site. Had to go across the street in the cold to sister hotel to a jacuzzi that hardly worked and small pool. For these reasons, will probably not visit again. Highlight was the Amber & Grill that we will definitely visit again when in town.

The pool could have been cleaned better on the walls and bottom

We paid an extra fee for breakfast when we booked and that was so well worth it. However it would have been helpful if front desk workers mention they have an on site full restaurant and had a small map of layout of building verses wondering around following signs. Overall it was a nice place.

Didn't know they had breakfast. Room amenities, soap empty. Staff friendly and parking outside of room.
