Breakfast was good. The waitress was very upbeat and a good server. When we reached the hotel there was an power outage. Not the fault of your staff but many people that were there waiting to get into our rooms were on the way to weddings. We all had to take turns changing into our clothes the the public bathroom one at a time. The staff could have opened up a meeting room to put our luggage in and to make it a little easier to get ready for the big event that we were all there for.

I have been to plenty of hotels in Stevens point. By far the top one. Gave a four because pool was cold although fun and the bed that I slept on was broken it caved in on one side. Breakfast was great. Staff was great as well!

Clean, easy to find and located with great parking on edge of town.

The front desk was friendly, and even let me choose which floor I wanted my room on! I've stayed here several times before. The only drawback was not being to bring up a Guide on the TV. I recommend this hotel!

One of the older Holuday Inns by the looks of things. Couldn’t get checked in because computer system was down. Shower had no pressure at all. Hard to get shampoo and cream rinse out of hair. Noisy up above me.

The rooms were somewhat close and I was unable to checkin in at the checkin in time as the room was not clean yet. Understandably it was a busy few weeks for hotel

For breakfast, skip the attached Amber Grille restaurant; after walking way down a long hallway, you’ll find the breakfast buffet is expensive and barely hot enough to enjoy. The other offerings were quite pricey as well. Go to the Legacy restaurant down the road…you’ll be pleased.

Overall, though, this is a fantastic property with courteous staff and an outstanding adjoining restaurant - Amber Grill. You won't be disappointed with this gem of a hotel in the Stevens Point area!

The room was very nice, but a little dusty. The tub was really relaxing but the button to turn it on sticks. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Comfortable beds and pillows.

We stayed 3 days and had no room service. Trash was never emptied, no fresh towels brought until we asked on third day. No room cleaning during the day. Do hotels ignore guests once they check-in nowadays?

Heard noise from the remodeling crew that was there all freaking day. And someone stomping around above my room all night! Which was not the hotel's fault. But after hours of me putting up with it, I called the front desk. They said they would handle it. But whoever was was up there never stopped. Will NOT be coming back!
