Bed was comfortable and location was good. Price was outrageous for what we got. Paid over $300 for one night, likely due to the fact that there were several other groups who likely drove up the prices. The pool was small and kind of dingy… more like a very large bathtub. The breakfast was extremely basic (scrambled eggs from boxed eggs and very thin strips of bacon, plus some very ordinary store bought blueberry muffins and the normal continental fare). There was a waffle machine that was very popular with the baseball team kids that were staying there.

The breakfast was good. The main lady working the desk for reservations went above and beyond trying to help us as I booked with booking.com but the hotel itself had a new software program so none of the booking.com reservations were showing but she made sure we got in a room and Maria in house keeping cleaned a room for us to get into a rapid speed which we appreciated The pool was okay.

Beds were nice, true queens instead of full/doubles, which my husband appreciated.

Probably difficult for your cleaning staff to keep the old bathroom equipment from looking like it needs attention. Toilet was rusty so there must be leak and one needed hold the lever for all solid waste to drain thru. The restroom needed some TLC to upgrade wallpaper that was coming off the wall and install a safety shower—-wagon. Staff read your policy on cancellation and third party connection like “tough but you are stuck with $162 cancellation” for not showing the previous day. Then said also we need to use your Credit Card to cover the d$50 damage deposit. Timing was poorly handled. Customer had not digested the no refund issue. Breakfast was okay but no regular bread…? English muffin was as close as I could get. Food available was fine. Nice room for breakfast. We did not sue the pool.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy which made sleep difficult. Overall a good experience.

These are very basic rooms. The ratings of a 9.2 are excessive, I would give it a 7.5-8. Over a 9 should be exceptional, these were not.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast foods were not restocked at all. Even when requested the woman working was not willing to get food items for us.
