Ramada by Wyndham Stevens Point

The mattress protector was urine-stained and when I showed it to the front desk staff he stated: it’s just the protector.” Um but the only thing protecting me from someone else’s bodily fluids is a dingy sheet. They refused to refund me when I refused to stay in that filthy room and as far as the “amenities” the only thing that the swimming pool was filled with was dust! This hotel just reopened after being shutdown and it should be shutdown again —PERMANENTLY!

We didn’t even stay there ended up go to a different place for the night. No pool and smelled so moldy.

This is the healthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Garbage cans up and down the hallways the lobby smells when you walk in. They’re broken down cars in the carport. All the way around this hotel needs to be gutted or shut down. The halls smell of marijua

Dirty, garbage everywhere in the hallways. The entire hotel smells like garbage. Rooms were very in bad shape. Shower dirty. Desk chair dirty. Beds are called "queen" they are actually "full". The worst thing is that we could not sleep because the doors to the rooms and the doors to the elevator shut extremely loud and someone slammed a door about every 30 minutes all night long. The last one I heard was 3:30 a.m and then they started again at 4:30 a.m.

I don't even know where to begin. The property smelled, there were full garbage cans in the hallways and the entire property was in a condition where guests should not be allowed to stay! When we finally found our room, the alarm clock was blaring and we opened the door to be overwhelmed with a musty smell. The room was dirty and the alarm clock was covered in mold and the entire wing of the hotel smelled awful. We immediately turned around and left. The hotel said I had to get a refund with Expedia which I will be attempting this morning. I have stayed in many less than glamourous hotels, but this by far was the worst. The health department should really pay them a visit. I am surprised Expedia partners with that hotel. We ended up finding a last minute room down the road - thank goodness. If given the choice between the hotel and my car, I would have chosen my car!

Terrible place... Room stunk like paint. Holes in walls, pool area abandoned, blocked off and no water. Looks like it was a nice place 25 years ago recommended

The room was unfinished like the wood being ripped off. And the rooms are marked like sex trafficking the rooms have tape on it and purple tape like they are marking you. and on top of that the locks are drilled out. There was litteral piss on the toilet seat and on top of it the pool isnt finished still. Its still under construction.

All in all, it was terrible and will never go back there again!

Room was good but no water in pool. Nice friendly staff.

The property is in the midst of a major renovation. The pool is closed. No ice, no amenities. No front desk only a virtual assistant. I didn’t feel comfortable there.

The pool was closed there was no staff to help me check in. I also wasn’t supposed to be charged for my service animal yet I was charged. It was one of the worst hotel stays I have been in.

This was a recently purchased distressed Econolodge. No mowing for a month+. No pool or hot tub - drained. Hallway not vacuumed in awhile. TV without a cable box. Took an hour to try to fix and could not control the sound in the end (ear splitting). There was a party going at 2:30 am - loud music, loud voices, etc. so could not enjoy fresh air. One towel was thin and stained and the shower seemed to be on its last leg. No chair for the desk. No hangers, but there was an iron. Only redemption was the bed was comfortable. Give it a year and it may meet Ramada standards.

Terrible check in. I timed it. 15 minutes with auto attendant who eventually summoned property manager to complete my admission. I already had done a pre admit on line showing ID credit card etc. Didn't matter to screen guy who couldn't type my name when I was giving succinct letters etc. He got a supervisor eventually. Next I needed key for 2 nights. He only put in one which necessitated going through auto attendant again last night to renew my key. Other than that it was OK place.

I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone staying here. This place should definitely not even be open for business. It was extremely dirty. Everything was falling apart. Moldy/mildew water in the toilet. Shower was so dirty. It does not look like it’s been cleaned in MONTHS. Bed and couch was disheveled and soooooo dirty. The pictures online do not look anything like it does in person. Nobody was working the check in. Not just last night, but today as well. It was a virtual kiosk. I walked into the room, and walked RIGHT back out. I went back the next day to take pics to show my Husband and Expedia. Also, there is a lock on the outside door that you could easily put a padlock on it and have the front doors locked from the outside. I never write bad reviews, but this was completely unacceptable for any property, much less a Ramada by Wyndham.

This place was absolutely filthy. The furniture looked like it had been picked from someone’s garbage. Dark stains on the floor. Hallways dirty. Cobwebs and filth on all of the windows. Lawn not mowed. Just gross. We looked around and left immediately. Hotel looked like something out of a horror/zombie movie.

The room is not clean as it should be, broken floor, dirty carpet, mole smelly.

No front desk staff availible! Was instructed to check in on a virtual Kiosk that took almost an hour to fully check in! Asked to cancell my reservation due to not knowing there was no staff on site when booking. There were guests drinking in the parking lot and being loud late into the night! We booked for the online mobile deal but it was not worth it!

I was not expecting the Ramada as a part of the 3 hotels that were shown that would be one of the hotels I would be staying at

Did find a room for us. Friendly Did not have first floor room as requested. Took for ever to find a room. No pool. Under construction
