The room is not clean as it should be, broken floor, dirty carpet, mole smelly.

No front desk staff availible! Was instructed to check in on a virtual Kiosk that took almost an hour to fully check in! Asked to cancell my reservation due to not knowing there was no staff on site when booking. There were guests drinking in the parking lot and being loud late into the night! We booked for the online mobile deal but it was not worth it!

Did find a room for us. Friendly Did not have first floor room as requested. Took for ever to find a room. No pool. Under construction

The location is ok, but the sign outside still says "Econolodge." Check-in is done long distance via kiosk, which I find unwieldy. Need to ask a question to the front desk? Good luck. The pool and hot tub were empty, there was gum on the floor, there were rotten spots on the bathroom walls, and NO Wi-Fi??? Wtf???

Fresh carpet. Rooms were quiet. No trash cans in the rooms, the remodel that they been working on kinda half asked, you can tell where the fresh paint was and who ever painted got it all over the bathroom door in the tub. So the rooms had fresh but paint spots all over. Digital kiosk to get your keys and then the person that is maintenance still has to end up running the desk, should just have a person at the front desk. Tv didn't work said needed to set up a vizo account to set up tv. And our mini fridge didn't work. Pool and hot tub down at the moment.

Nothing The hotel had been closed on January 7th, and when I arrived to check in, the doors were chained and padlocked shut. I was not notified before arrival.
