Staff was friendly

No issues, everything was cleaned and as expected

The pool was nice. It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of places to lounge. It also had a very relaxing hot tub that we made sure to use. The room was very clean, and the cleaning crew came by when we were gone one day and restocked our towels and made our beds. That was very nice! Finally, the crowning jewel of this hotel was its breakfast buffet. They had so many yummy (and healthy) choices -- along with plenty of seating. Their breakfast went from 6:30 - 9:30 AM; so, whether you're an early riser or choose to sleep in a little bit, there were still plenty of fresh breakfast options for you. My family and I would highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay in the Santa Clarita area! The only difficulties we encountered were over the weekend, when the breakfast staff changed and the hotel was overrun by children who were not watched over by parents. This Residence Inn has no rules about children--some as young as 8--running into the fitness area and jumping all over the equipment, which not only disrupts other patrons, but could cause injuries. On Sunday morning, the pool deck was also littered with beer cans, champagne corks, and pizza crusts. Finally, over the weekend the WiFi was so overburdened that it was hard to get a connection. Bottom line: Residence Inn Santa Clarita is wonderful, but mainly on weekdays.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Competent and friendly staff. Quiet clean room. We usually are disappointed in free hotel breakfast offerings but we were really pleased with the variety and quality of the food. We travel this way often and will definitely return.

The maid service is only Monday, Wednesday, Friday, so you have to request clean towels at the front desk on off days. The fireplace in our room did not work, maintenance was called but never came, and the bed mattresses were hard, causing back pain in the morning.

Large comfy rooms, very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and a beautiful pool! We had an amazing stay!

Everything If there was one thing I'd change, it would be the water pressure in the shower. It was too low for my liking. That's it. Everything else was great!

Everything was perfect. The bedding was comfortable. The shower was nice. The full size refrigerator that created ice was very nice. The kitchen was perfect for us since we don’t eat out. The breakfast buffet was delicious and changed daily.

Great for families!! Definitly will come back, this one became our favorite hotel in the area

Excelente localización y un buen ambiente.

The staff at this property were extremely rude, flippant and disrespectful. I had to speak with the manager on several occasions about many issues, including rude comments made by staff members, misinformation about checking in, not answering phones or requests in a timely manner and attempting adding odd charges to my room. I have had to involve my bank and will have to involve other entities to investigate.

Love the location, love the views, centrally located. Loved the 2 Queen room with two separate bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Front clerk and mechanic were courteous. Second floor continuously smelled of smoke, oftentimes cannabis smoke. Guy in room across from 224 was dealing drugs out of his room, the basketball court and lobby. Bags of trash and empty boxes outside hotel rooms.
