Very dirty, there was hair still in the toilet and the carpet was greasy

The staff was decent, but the hotel is not well maintained. Mold in the shower, seals around the door are shot, stains on the bedding and carpet.

The room was fine and the bed comfy, but the place could use some maintenance. There was a big gap under and around the edges of the door, and the electrical outlets should be replaced as our chargers kept falling out. The location was great for our stay, and with a little bit of love this could be a wonderful place to stay. Would book again if improvements are made

We arrived at the hotel, and the lady at the front desk was very rude and coughing everywhere. The room was not clean and there was urine in the toilet that was obviously from the previous guest. It is definitely NOT worth the money I paid.

The bed was comfortable. Other than that, this is a grim property. At check-in I was told I had to pay in cash because their credit card machine was inoperative. That may have been the case, but I've traveled enough to question it.

It's a family run business, but you can tell nothing has been updated in decades. The family running it was nice, and I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience; however, this was the shabbiest place I've stayed in as long as I can remember- shower was too low even for me at 5'4", holes in curtains, mattress that was mostly just springs, TV didn't work, and the faint smell of cigarette smoke from many years past.

Check in starts at 2 get there at 230 nobody around. Was told later missed check in time. So if your going to stay here I guess you have to be there exactly at 2. Probably just avoid at all cost.

Just needed a place to sleep, booked thru expedia, they didnt have my resrvation, nor would take a new one, so had to call another place.. i assumed was an outside service as could not understand & he barely spoke english. So frustrated i stopped before checking in the other hotel i was forced to book. I walk in & its the same guy. & what do you kno, he had my reservation. Idk if was just trying to keep us away, but he created a huge problem that was not needed! & i lost my dep. Not good business, idk if i can even book thru expedia again. Huge hassle when supposed to be relaxing getaway

The refrigerator didn’t work. There was a used wash cloth in the shower.

This place needs serious work.I chose the place because I saw the good reviews but now wondering who are these people who wrote the reviews.I don’t know where to start.Everything was wrong except the people at the front desk.Needs serious remodeling.The mattress is old and worn out,could feel the springs.The mirror broken,shower door peeled,beddings looked that they got them from goodwill.The towels look like they were bought from dollar general.The carpet worn out and torn in some areas.The curtains had holes in them.I can go on and on,this place needs serious a total remodel.

Don’t stay at this hotel. They did not clean our room. Old coffee in the coffee pot. Beds not changed. I did not complain. Staff called me and told me I left an item and wanted to know how long until I came to get it. I told her we would be there in 10 minutes. My daughter went they wanted her to describe the item but we don’t know what we left. She wouldn’t show it to my daughter to identify. I called them back and she told me I had to figure out what I was missing to claim it! Really! You called me! I had three people in the room and had no way to go through all our luggage to see what we might have dropped. Ridiculous! Thieves in my mind!
